Lovely

A friend and I stayed in room 301, which is definitely the best of the options with two beds. It was beautifully designed and spacious. The other rooms can be a bit loud. The staff is incredibly accommodating. They truly make you feel like they enjoy taking care of their guests. The food is also excellent.

Para poder tener un servicio que corresponda a las imágenes del sitio hotel.com les falta: 1.- tapetes de toalla en el baño 2.- no utilicé la TV porque el control no servia el volumen. 3.- detalles tan simples como dejar un papel de baño de reserva. 4.- los blancos ya están demasiado lavados.

La ubicación es buena, a 2 cuadras de la catedral de Morelia, solo que el hotel es un poco. Iejo y las habitaciones muy pequeñas, comparando el costo - servicio le doy un 7 como calificación. No tuve oportunidad de probar el desayuno, pero es un plus que le da al hotel.

Este hotel es mi favorito por su excelente relación costó beneficio, el tema sensible sigue siendo el personal nocturno en recepción, muy renuente a recibirme aunque le avisé cuatro horas antes de mi reservación y mi llegada, unas clases de atención al cliente no le vendrían nada mal, fue una sola noche pero había una filtración de agua del baño a la habitación (204) y al salir de bañarme había agua regada. Por lo demás inmejorable, el balance sigue siendo, positivo.

Excelente lugar y costo beneficio, un hotel bonito, limpio y acogedor. El personal de recepción de primero y segundo turnos súper amable, sugiero reforzar este tema con el encargado de la noche porque es algo malhumorado, no lo tomé demasiado en cuenta pero tira la labor de sus compañeros. Por lo demás todo excelente, sin duda de mis lugares favoritos para hospedarse.
