I have stayed here almost weekly for a couple nights since early November and will be doing until the end of March as I have business nearby. Very friendly staff on reception that are always helpful and greet you with a smile, similarly the restaurant staff and housekeeping personnel always polite and efficient and a greet you with a pleasant ‘hello’. Not tried the restaurant in the evenings yet as I am generally working, but room service is efficient if a bit of a basic choice, breakfast is a great way to set you up for the day with plenty of hot and cold choices. ( try the plain yogurt with the purée of the day and a bit of fresh fruit). All in all I throughly recommend the Park Inn, just wish they would put a few English breakfast tea bags in the room rather than all these fancy fruit flavoured ones.
We decided to spend 1 night at that hotel at superior room. The size of the room was enormous and it was perfectly prepared and conveniently furnished. I have never stayed at such a huge room. I would like to say a great thanks to manager, Ms Veronika. She was extremely helpful and consultative. She managed to arrange a small gift for my wife's birthday which was a fantastic surprise for her.
I visited the hotel with my boyfriend. We both are very pleased. The hotel, room and welness was very clean. The staff is exceptionally kind, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very nice and tasty, lot of choice. I'm sure that we'll back here.
We spent only one night in Ostrava ( unfortunately, but I hope we will come back one day) The hotel is a very nice and clean place with extremely friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Restaurant serves very tasty meals with some local specialities. I also recommend local beer. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Free wi-fi, spa and wellness what more can I say excellent place, worth staying !!!
After the last few disappointing visits I gave it another chance. I stayed one night only but it was a surprisingly pleasant visit. I booked a superior room with points and I got a really nice and spacious room. There was a coffee machine and kind of separated living room. The bathroom was huge and it was a corner room so it was very light during the day. Breakfast was good and had a wide range o choices. Worth paying few more points to get all the "extras". Definitely I will come back especially that I visit the area quite often.
I've chosen Park Inn Ostrava for my weekend trip to Ostrava and I loved it. Rooms are comfortable and spacious, hotel is pretty new and modern. Soundproofing is very good - my room faced the road, but I couldn't hear a thing from the outside. The best part of the experience was staff, which is just awesome. In addition to being professional and helpful, they spread great mood all around them. Location of hotel is good, you can get to all important places within 5-15 minutes by the bus. I used room service on my second night, meal was good, very reasonably priced and (once again) delivered with a great smile - although I would note that room service offer is quite limited compared to full restaurant menu, which is bit of a pity (they have some cool stuff down in the restaurant, but I was out of energy to leave my room :)). I had some late-night plans for the last evening, so I requested late check-out to let me sleep longer and was granted complimentary 2 PM check-out, which really helped. Hotel also fulfilled my requests for different bed configuration than originally booked as well as room with bathtub, both of which made my stay better. Long story short: Hotel did everything right and made me a very happy guest. I'll be glad to stay with them again and would recommend them to anyone visiting Ostrava.
Great hotel to stay at in the area for business trips (easy walk into town, yet quiet enough and easy access from highways) Good facilities. Good food. Good selection of drinks. Competitive pricing for hotel.Friendly yet not invasive staff. Most of what you need in a hotel for a working trip.
Park Inn Ostrava is on a very good place, easily almost in the downtown. Service itself is very good, nice rooms, quiet and the restaurant is serving delicious food (even it is not that cheap). Breakfast has a very huge offer of everything you would like to eat (even for the vegetarian, whole food or vegan). Staff has the professional behaviour and you can enjoy the best services, communication. I can recommend this hotel and when I am back to Ostrava it would be my pleasure to stay here (and I am looking forward to visit the spa and wellness because I had no time to test it).
I was in Ostrava for a meeting and randomly chose the Radisson. What a great place to stay. Very modern, well appointed rooms, excellent service and good food. What more can you ask for when you pay around $100 AUD a night including breakfast. Ideal,y you would need a car because it is not close to the city centre or major shopping complexes. Having said that, there is public transport close by which I know is very affordable.
Have been several ParkInn hotels and this is especially good and worth of stay in Ostrava. Very friendly service in lobby, clean rooms, food was really good compared to price, I can suggest. Beer is also good here. Well done. Will definiately stay here next time.
