On the confirmation sheet, the special conditions for checking in was at the bottom. When traveling to many places, it is hard to notice those special conditions. They should be at the top of the confirmation and bold. In addition, the only way to contact the landowner to check in is by telephone. I don't have phone service in France since I am from a different country. Very difficult to find someone who can make that phone call for me!!!

À fuir !

La chambre était sale, il était dit que la chambre avait une fenêtre avec vue sur la ville alors qu’il n’y avait pas de fenêtre du tout, juste une hors de la chambre accessible par une porte vitrée quasiment impossible à fermer, et dont la chambre d’à côté a aussi accès. Donc description mensongère. Je n’étais pas sûre d’avoir complètement réussi à fermer la porte vitrée, et donc la personne de la chambre d’à côté aurait pu venir dans ma chambre sans problème. Évidemment, la chambre puait le renfermé étant donné qu’elle n’avait pas de fenêtre pour être aérée. De plus, mobilier cassé (chaise de bureau) donc impossible de l’utiliser. Dû à la très mauvaise insonorisation, j’entendais tout ce que mon voisin de chambre faisait. Je ne me sentais pas du tout en sécurité car celui-ci était très brute et poussait des bruits bizarres. N’ayant aucune réception, je ne me sentais à l’aise de rester seule en colocation avec des personnes que je ne connaissais pas. Résultat : je suis partie pour éviter de prendre des risques et j’ai préféré payer un hôtel 3x plus cher mais où au moins mon intimité était respectée et me sentais en sécurité.

Marchand de sommeil !!!

Une catastrophe, les photos présenté date de plusieurs année, la chambre était sale avec plein de moisissure sur les murs, des draps tâché de sang menstruelle, salle de bain sale avec des poils dans le lavabo et j'en passe a fuir je suis partie dormir ailleurs !! et le propriétaire fait toujours le muet par sms aujourd'hui un marchand de sommeil !!

Impossibilité d'accéder à ma chambre

Le code communiqué ne m'a jamais permis d'ouvrir la boite contenant les clés et cela malgré l'aide des occupants des autres chambres de l'appartement. Il y avait manifestement une erreur dans le code communiqué par le propriétaire ou un dysfonctionnement du boîtier contenant la clé. Le pire c'est que le propriétaire est resté injoignable et silencieux malgré de nombreux sms, messages téléphonique de ma part et de l'assistance de la centrale de réservation Hotels.com. Après avoir poireauté 3h dans le froid devant l'immeuble, jai du me résoudre à chercher et payer une chambre 2 fois plus cher dans un autre hotel. A ce jour, je ne sais même pas si je pourrai me faire rembourser quoi que soit et notamment ma nuit dans la chambre a laquelle je n'ai même pas pu accéder!

Confort sommaire : dans cet immeuble du 18e siècle, aucune isolation phonique. On entend les passants et les contrôleurs de la sncf, les pas de la voisine du dessus dès le réveil à 7h du matin, et les gémissements des gens de la chambre d'à côté !!!
