Pas du tout ce qu’on attendait. Nous ne pouvions pas faire le check-in car la réception était fermée et les informations sur les instructions de l’enregistrement tardif n’ont pas été laissées dans un endroit visible! Mon mari, mon bébé de 8 mois et moi, on a loué un autre hôtel à 1h du matin. Grâce à la gestion de Cassandra, chef d’Accueil, qui a tout fait pour rendre l’expérience un peu moins stressante, nous avons été remboursés de l’argent de la première nuit. L’hôtel a prolongé le check-out jusqu’à 13 heures, mais le dernier jour la chambre doit être propre et le check-out était très stressant. La dernière chose que tu veux faire pendant les vacances c’est nettoyer. Nous ne reviendrons certainement pas à ce type de résidences, où les heures sont si limitées et le nettoyage doit être fait par l’hôte. Malheureusement, une très mauvaise expérience pour nous.

Tres bon camping pour les activité, les enfants en bas âges jusqu'à 15 ans , les animateurs , danseurs , danseuses sont génial, camping qui propose beaucoup d'activités même pour les parents , camping bien situé, j'ai été avec mes trois filles 3 ans , 10ans , et 14ans , on s'est pas ennuyée , ont nest rester 6 jours cest passé tres vite , on na meme pas etait une seule fois a la mer pour dire, le seul bémol cest le logement , les fourmis de partout et elle piquer en plus , l'état de la literie drap tâcher, couettes tâcher, vaisselle fourchette sale. Côté restauration, les prix sont un peu cher , mais l'accueil et la gentillesse de tous le monde nous fait oublier le montant de la note , mais je peux comprendre que y a des personnes qui préfère aller ailleur , moi même , même si vous êtes adorables et gentil , je ne pense pas remangé ou acheté car c'est vraiment cher et qualité ça vaut pas le coup désolé. Et pour finir , pas assez d'éclairage le soir pour retourner a son logement, obliger d'allumer nos téléphones pour y voir , a l'arrivée et donc au départ , faire attention car vous devez vous garé aux parkings et décharger les affaires ensuite , donc prevoir car moi avec trois enfants seule je peu vous dire que c'était une mission.

Séjour correct sans plus . Pièce à vivre très bruyante je ne sais pas ce que c’était . Un bruit de vmc peut être mais énorme !!! Je dormais dans la pièce c’était horrible !! Volet en bois très vieux ,faïence s d b douteuse aurait besoin d’un coup de fraîcheur. Merci à Carole de l’accueil très efficace et sympathique.

L'entrée à partie de 16h00, rendre les clefs avant 10H00, donc la journée de location ne dure que 18H00 et non 24H00, ce qui très différent... Ca fait cher de l'heure de location. Petites maisonnettes propres. Pas de climatisation, évacuations d'eau défectueuses générant une forte odeur de vieille urine.... Je suis peu exigent et ne met que des évaluations très positives en général... mais là c'est trop....

Accueil chaleureux, personnel agréable, zone sécurisée. Logement confortable et bien équipé. Les points négatifs: horaires piscine non respectés ouverture 30 min en retard et fermeture 30 min en avance. Lors de soirée à thème, augmentation du prix des boissons : bouteille d’eau 50 cl à 5 euros !!!! Rappelons que le site est un 2 étoiles …!
