"There was an intermittent 'hum' at night that was annoying. It sounded like a sump pump going on and off all night. I reported it the next morning. Since I realized there was only a desk clerk on duty, nothing would be done until the next day. I would like to know that some person actually worked on this and made a correction. (Room 200)"
