The apartment has two comfortable bedrooms, one with two double beds and the other with a double bed. The apartment also features a laundry center, a full bathroom, a kitchen equipped with everything you need to enjoy a wonderful culinary delight during your stay, and a comfortable living room with a balcony overlooking the Sierra Madre Mountains and Cerro de la Silla.

Guest Access:
Enjoy the entire apartment just for you and your family. The building features a gym, children's playground, a rooftop viewing platform, and barbecue grills, which are pre-selected and subject to availability. The parking lot is located on Cuauhtémoc Avenue. A designated parking space is located in the S4 building.

● No visitors allowed
● No pets allowed
● Guests must sign the rental agreement and attach ID to the agreement to access the apartment.
● Smoking is not allowed inside the unit.
● Minimum age to rent is 21.
● Self check-in is possible.
● Check-in time starts at 4:00 pm and check-out is no later than 11:00 am.
● Quiet hours are enforced after 11:00 pm and end at 7:00 am.
● Lost or damaged cards or tags will be charged at $45 USD.
