Located within an Art Nouveau villa with its own private entrance;
Very large, bright flat with large windows and balconies and a beautiful view. Close to the most beautiful beaches, restaurants, bars and shops; 5 minutes walk to the station and 10 to the old village. Period house, bright and with beautiful Art Nouveau floors. Recently renovated furnishings.
Few houses in Monterosso are so large, comfortable and well maintained. The house has three large, comfortable bedrooms, a large bathroom with bath and shower facilities. From the kitchen there is a balcony that offers a magnificent view of the mountains. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for cooking at home. The living room is large and is divided into a dining area with a comfortable table for 6 people and a sitting area with armchairs and a sofa.
The cleaning fee includes 60 euros for linen.
