Corn hole and pingpong games were great. I liked them.

Hotel should offer free breakfast continental at least every thing else is great

Room carpet was damp when we checked in, as if they just finished cleaning and didn’t let it dry enough. Be aware, their pet fee is expensive. Would consider other places if you have a four legged friend with you.

Comfortable surroundings and fine room. Some Staff at front desk check in need to look up when speaking to new arrivals and learn to enunciate so that they can be understood. They talked as if they were texting. Speed kills! A face down in computer communicates to no one except the computer. I happen to be a human. Thanks.

Liked the location, beds were comfortable. The paint was peeling in our room and plumbing was incredibly noisy

We stayed 1 night, Thanksgiving night. We were able to get an early check-in. Had time to freshen up before heading to our family's house. Clean room, mattress medium firm, mini fridge and Keurig coffee maker. Hotel was full, but very quiet. We didn't eat at the restaurant. Hotel is next to The Barnyard shopping center. Recommend the From Scratch restaurant.

great location. the Barnyard is your backyard. Lafayette Bakery is amazing and so is Alegro Pizza

Perfect location for the Camel/Monterey/Pacific Grove area

Great location. Relaxing pool and hot tub. Band played Friday and Saturday night at the lounge. Fun. Mall with restaurants, a pub and coffee shop right behind the hotel. Strip mall across the street with more shops and eateries. Would stay here again for sure.

Once we were there in Carmel, we realized that many of the downtown hotels were cheaper than this one. From the pictures it seemed extra nice. I figured the price was justified by some extra luxery. The room just seemed typical to me. Nothing special. I would have preferred to pay $170 per night and not over $300. Great hotel, but not worth the price. I’d rather stay someplace downtown.

We thought we were booked at the Carmel Mission Ranch where we had stayed before. This hotel had a very different atmosphere, but we enjoyed our stay.

A few minute drive to the beach, downtown, & Historic Church (Carmel Mission Basilica)

Booked this for an overnight stay in Carmel. And the pch Convient location and very nicely decorated Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Nice hotel close to shops and restaurants. Staff was friendly

Very nice hotel but slightly small on the room size. Our room had a balcony so that helped. Nice to sit outside with morning coffee. Unfortunately our view was the parking lot of the shopping center behind the hotel. No breakfast offered but restaurant on site. We would stay there again.

This is the perfect spot to get some rest away from the hustle and bustle of the Carmel by the Sea places. There is nothing wrong with those inns, parking can be problematic at time though. The Mission Inn has Plenty of parking and you can literally walk out the back door into the Barnyard shops and eateries

It's location is nice, but the hotel is a bit cold and not very cozy.

The happy hour was a nice touch (buffet, free with the purchase of a drink). The pool was an unexpected plus - very nice. Great cabana-like rooms on the first floor. - I would stay in one next time. Coffee in the am was not free, but it was really good.

Personal with exception of the restaurant where not very friendly. Hotel was overpriced. Room was in poor location.
