This beautiful newly built home has an open concept design.

Sleeps up to 6 people; 2 bedrooms- each with a queen size bed as well as 1 queen size sofa bed. Each bedroom includes a flat screen Smart TV while the living room has its own flat screen cable TV. The house is newly furnished, has free WIFI access and a full sized kitchen for all of your cooking needs. The living room and dining area both have ceiling fans with 6 speeds and operated by a remote control so that you can stay comfortable and cool as you lounge, eat or cook.

That's not all! The backyard is equipped with a spacious and cozy gazebo and outdoor patio area with a fully functional BBQ grill!! Perfect for outdoor lunch and/or dinner while enjoying the Jamaican sunshine and sea breeze! Coffee lovers can enjoy a cup of morning coffee while sitting on the patio.

The property is located in a secure gated community which also has amenities including a swimming pool, gym and tennis court that you can enjoy on a relaxing vacation.
