The property is situated on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property into the valley and its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, deck chair, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, and garden furniture.

Montecarlo Lucca, district San Salvatore. The holiday apartement is located on a 2000 sqm garden plot. The landlord lives only occasionally in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a path (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.
