The accommodation offers elegant, typically Tuscan furnishings with plenty of atmosphere and comfort. The villa is quietly located, at the foot of the Montecarlo hill. Its particular location, surrounded by gardens and fields, provides spectacular views from the residence. Enjoy romantic sunsets and breathtaking views over the entire Valdinievole. The well-tended private garden of about 2000 m² is fully fenced and provided with a parking space. The residence is equipped with a swimming pool, parasols, gazebo, barbecue, chairs and tables. The owner lives in the same building on the ground floor. There is a separate entrance to ensure guests' privacy.
