Independent apartment on two floors, ideal for families, with a private fenced garden, jacuzzi, private pool, and barbecue. It accommodates up to 9 guests, plus 3 children up to 2 years old for whom a crib is available on request. The apartment is part of a larger building where the owners also live and are always available for any needs. The location is strategic: just 45 minutes from major art cities, easily reachable via convenient routes. Pets are welcome. Privacy and relaxation are guaranteed.



The house is spread over two levels: on the ground floor you will find a spacious kitchen, dining room, living room, a twin bedroom, wardrobe room, and a large bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms (one double, one twin, and one triple) and a second bathroom. The kitchen opens directly onto the private, fully fenced garden, separate from common areas, featuring a large patio, panoramic terrace, barbecue, and hot tub. You can enjoy seasonal vegetables and fresh eggs free of charge.



All common areas are available to you, the pool is for your exclusive use, and there is a large equipped play area for children.
