Two room apartment of 45sqm with private terrace. Living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower. Sat Tv, Internet Wi-Fi. Mosquito nets.

The price includes gas, water, electricity, bed linen and towels, final cleaning, heating, Wi-Fi, pets are welcome.
Not included and to be paid on the spot: Deposit € 100; Tourist tax: 1 € per person per day max. 6 days, children under 14 years free.

In absolute quiet, and only a few km from Montaione (3 km, shops and restaurants), is this comfortable and child-friendly resort. The property consists of 15 tastefully furnished apartments, distributed in three buildings (mostly on the ground floor, and some on the first floor), and are all equipped with terrace or private outdoor space. Thanks to its central location and especially in the triangle between Florence, Pisa, Lucca and Siena (about 50-60 km away), this holiday destination is also ideal for trips to the nearby Volterra (29 km) and San Gimignano (19 km), Certaldo (17 km) and other beautiful corners of our enchanting region. The holiday home was built in 1861 and renovated over the years. The accommodations are set amidst a beautiful pine grove, framed by cypress trees that give this area a unique atmosphere. During the day you can hear the song of the birds, enjoy the presence of the pheasants and ducks that live in the adjacent lake. A large veranda with a wonderful view, equipped with a wood stove and a fireplace, invites you to pleasant and sociable hours. Nestled in the nature guests have two swimming pools, one for adults 18x9, and one for children 6x3 (open Apr-Oct)
For guests' disposal are still Wi-Fi, washing machine, children's playground in the large garden.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchenette and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a sofa bed.

Very nice place. But I made a reservation for a 2 bedroom accomodation. But we got a 1 bedroom accomodation. And the couch which had to be changed in a bed was in a bad shape to sleep. But the manager helped us well by putting a big matrass extra on the couch. In the description of the accomodation there was a mistake. First it says 2 rooms and later it says 2 bedrooms.
