Beautiful stay! The outside heated pool with the views of the mountain and the village was perfect. All the staff, from the valet, concierge and housekeeping were all so nice and helpful throughout our stay. Would highly recommend a weekend here.

Checked out early hang around the pool for the day went back to the seventh floor just to pick up two bottles of water and they charged me when I paid 150$ a day. That was ridiculous.

Our hotel room was on the ground floor, facing the hotel entrance car park, where cars waited for staff to park, no view at all. It felt awkward opening the curtains and seeing other guests outside, so we kept them closed most of the time. From our room to the swimming pool, we had to walk through the lobby (in bathrobes and with wet hair), which was awkward too. However, hot tub was great. I just wish the overall experience for a birthday celebration could be better.
