The location of this hotel is great And the rooms are spacious, the kitchen is well equipped. Hotel’s response to any issues is very fast. However, the furniture in the room is outdated (from 80’s ?), has bad appearance and even stinks. The hours of hot tub usage could be extended till 11 as it is packed with kids till 9. Overall it is a very nice property but needs some update in the rooms.

We’ve stayed here 3 years in a row. Hotel has an excellent location!! Our 2 bdr had a beautiful view of the slopes. We’ll be back!

Ski in and out the best staff very friendly and helpful

Condo had everything we needed and location was excellent for access to the pedestrian village Pros: Location was excellent for access to village 'Mostly' clean (see cons below) Very comfortable beds Pool was good for the kids Cons: Somewhat dated (especially kitchen appliances and living room furniture) Could have been a bit cleaner (walls in kitchen not clean and found crackers on floor under edge of bed, also someone's undergarment found hanging on a light fixture in bathroom) Smallish kitchen

This hotel is a family favourite and we come back to it every year. It has an excellent location right by the slopes and provides great amenities for families. Every time that we return we are greeted and warmly welcomed by Suzanne, the front desk receptionist. Her heartfelt care and attention can warm anyone up, even on the coldest days. The hotel's concierge, Nathalie, is very professional and efficient in providing assistance with anything that you may need during your stay in Mont Tremblant. Rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. The hotel personnel is invested and committed to keeping a peaceful and quiet environment that is perfect for couples and families, this is not a party place for youngsters. The lobby features a beautiful library and music room where you can read a book and enjoy the serenity after a day of skiing. The hotel manager, Jean-Batiste, is always ready to assist with your requests. He helped us with a last minute request to extend our stay, without any inconveniences. I would also like to note the immediate responses to any technical or maintenance requests by the hotel personnel. In particular, we were very pleased with the prompt and professional assistance by Serge. Overall, this is a great family resort in Mont Tremblant with outstanding service.

hotel was very clean staff very helpful best ski in and out.

Friendly staff. Excellent location for ski in and ski out.

Great hotel in the middle of everything. Convenient for skis and 2 mins walk to the town. Would stay again 100

the place to be on the mountain. just steps away from the gondola, roll out of bed and on to the slopes! a full kitchen, fireplace and a washer/dryer in unit! can't ask for anything more! we've been going for 6 years and will be back again next year!

The hotel was key to an overall wonderful experience. The ski rental center was located in the same building and the hotel provides ski lockers that lead right out to the gondola at the base of the mountain. The location was perfect for getting the kids geared up to go to ski school. We had a great view of the mountain. When my husband and I took a break from skiing we could watch our kids practicing on the bunny slope from the window while sipping our hot cocoa. We saved some money by preparing several meals in the room (kitchenette with oven). It was really nice having a stacked washer/dryer so we left with basically no dirty laundry. Also, there were two showers (a tub with shower head and a separate shower enclosure).

excellent location, clean rooms, attentive staff. All designed to make me feel welcome and leaving with thoughts of come back again.
