L'appartement se compose d'une entrée, une belle pièce à vivre combinant séjour (avec canapé convertible 2 couchages) et cuisine US/salle à manger, le tout exposé plein OUEST et ouvrant sur agréable balcon disposant d'une splendide vue sur le Sancy et le Capucin.
Toujous au même niveau, 2 chambres: une grande avec lit double et nombreux rangements, une seconde plus petite avec 2 lits simples superposés.
Salle d'eau (douche). WC indépendant.
Place de parking extérieure privative et couverte.
Cave en sous-sol.
