suite Ă  notre rĂ©cent sĂ©jour dans le logement que nous avons louĂ© au Mont-Dore, et souhaitons vous faire part de notre profonde dĂ©ception quant aux conditions d’accueil.À notre arrivĂ©e, nous avons constatĂ© que le mĂ©nage n’avait manifestement pas Ă©tĂ© effectuĂ© correctement. La propretĂ© gĂ©nĂ©rale laissait Ă  dĂ©sirer, notamment la prĂ©sence de cheveux dans la douche, ce qui est inacceptable. Par ailleurs, les draps fournis Ă©taient tachĂ©s, ce qui soulĂšve de sĂ©rieuses questions quant Ă  l’hygiĂšne du logement.Nous avons Ă©galement Ă©tĂ© déçus par la qualitĂ© du matĂ©riel de cuisine mis Ă  disposition, qui s’est rĂ©vĂ©lĂ© vĂ©tuste et peu fonctionnel. Certains verres Ă©taient oxydĂ©s, les rendant impropres Ă  l’utilisation.Enfin, nous tenons Ă  signaler l’attitude peu professionnelle et peu aimable de la personne en charge de la conciergerie, ce qui a contribuĂ© Ă  rendre notre sĂ©jour encore plus dĂ©sagrĂ©able.

Logement agréable, trÚs bien équipé mais n est pas adapté pour 9 adultes car la chambre sur le palier ne laisse aucune intimité ce n est pas une chambre mais un palier avec des couchages!!

Maison agréable , au calme et à 5 mn à pied du centre du Mont-Dore.On s'y sent bien et le jardin est trÚs sympa ! La conciergerie a été réactive aussi bien à notre arrivée qu'au départ . Seuls bémols : la 4Úme chambre n'est en fait pas une chambre (dans le couloir fermé par un rideau) et le clic clac inconfortable et la maison n'était pas propre ... dommage .
