"Had a nice stay. The staff were nice, but they weren't always present. It's dated but not too bad. Had a nice room with a balcony overlooking a lake. Some issues while checking in two people doing check-in were laughing it up in a personal conversation; the hotel was empty, and we stood there at the desk waiting for them to wrap itt up. They made us wait as they carried on a very funny but personal conversation together for about 4 min. That's a long time when you are just standing there waiting to check in. Then, as we checked in, they went over work scheduling and laughed about some private joke, furthering the delay. I let it pass, but I almost went Karen on them. We were tired it was a long drive. That really set the tone for the stay, I'm sorry to say"
