Tout le personnel est très gentil, le buffet n'est pas immense mais il y à tout de même du choix et le chef nous sert de la qualité. Un grand merci à ce jeune chef, nous nous sommes régalés. La chambre est un peu petite. Le matelas doit être changé impérativement, il est complètement affaissé, nous avons dû mettre des serviettes en dessous pour pouvoir le redresser un peu, même comme ça nous n'avons pas pu dormir convenablement. Concernant le sèche cheveux, je trouve dommage qu'il n'y en est pas un dans chaque chambre, certes il est à disposition sur demande, mais nous ne pouvons pas le garder durant tout le séjour. Je trouve ça décevant de devoir le réclamer à l’accueil à chaque fois que l'on en a besoin et devoir l'apporter aussitôt des que l'on a fini.

Hôtel club familial . Aucune chambre ne se trouve à l'étage du spa (malgré votre description) Le restaurant est bon, varié et très bon service : personnel accueillant et souriant . La piscine exterieure est petite mais belle vue sur les montagnes. Le parking de l'hôtel est payant et ne peut pas contenir tous les véhicules des residents . Les clubs ( enfants et adolescents) sont vraiment existants et actifs .
