Bloodstains on mattress protector and Towles rust in the bathtub and hair all through the beds other various other thing on the towles and hairs all throughout the beds I would not recommend staying here!

Not clean. (Blood) stains on towels and mattress protectors, reluctant to replace said towel, a weird bloody booger-like chunk on the mattress protector, rust in the bathtub, hair in the beds, dirty around the toilet, no lock on the bathroom door.

Fridge did not work. Internet sucked. Had to keep asking for clean towels. Dirty cupboards. Nice owners there, but maintenance not kept up. Room service only once in six days.

We were 6 guys on a motorcycle trip. I booked this place in advance knowing The Howard Johnson name usually is good hotel. The place is very dated, like going back to 1975. We stayed 2 nights. We returned 8 pm the 2nd day from riding out to Peggy's Cove. None of the towels where replace, beds no done and coffee and cups not replaced. Several of us went to the front desk asking for towels so we could shower after the long ride. After waiting 2-1/2 hours the desk clerk showed up.I asked for a discount. None was given. I have written Howard Johnson's main site. I nothing is done I will never again stay in there hotels.

very clean good service and friendly staff quit and handy every thing nice restaurant and pool rooms nice size and clean free internet nice big free parking lot handy tims and all the malls easy to fine

My friend and I decided to go to Moncton last minute in May to see the Monster Trucks. We were frantically trying to find a place to stay that wasn't astronomical in price and called this hotel. We were told there was one room available so, obviously, we booked it. We got there, check-in went quick and easy, and then we went to our "smoke-free" room. We opened up our door and all we could smell was cigarette smoke - not faintly, but in full force. We went to the front desk and asked if there was anything they could do but, of course, there wasn't. We had to stay there because we, literally, had no other option besides sleeping in our vehicle at that point. We left the window and fan on while we were gone and came back to a room that still smelled like smoke. It was disgusting. Other than that, it was okay. The staff were fine and the room was comfortable besides being a bit outdated but we couldn't get over the pungent smell. We'll probably never stay there again, either way.

I would like to say this hotel was very clean sleep very well and the guy at the front desk was amazing breakfast was great also I would definitely be back am thinking about staying here another night me and my wife loved the place keep up the good work I would like to specially say the guy who work on our check in was very very good and does a wonderful job I wish I would have meant his boss to tell him thank you all for the wonderful stay

Worst hotel experience I've ever had. Room was nothing like the pictures provided online. Opened the door to room with king bed and could smell nothing but cigarette smoke. TV did not work. Gladly paid the $30 cancellation fee to NOT stay at this establishment. Asked to speak to a manager but was told he was not available. He came out of the back room when I asked for a refund. Disgusting.

We had 3 rooms booked this past weekend and all 3 rooms (king bed, 2 double beds and 2 queen beds) were very clean. Buildings may be a little dated but cleanliness is a must and this property provided that. The front desk agent (I believe he said his name was Ankur) was super friendly all 3 days from check in to check out and helpful with our questions. We would stay again

Took the kids to Moncton for march break, I know, poor kids right. The Motel had a pool, the water was cold and pool and general area were in disrepair. Rooms were old but clean. The neighborhood is rough, not close to any real attractions. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The general condition was dated and run down.
