I have to admit there wasn’t very much that I did like about the property. The property is unkept it. It’s an older building. The room has visible hole in the wall that’s been repaired and not painted over. The wall around the air conditioner is in bad shape. The property is on captures garbage all around the property. There is the flower bed looked after it looks like a mess there are people outside smoking marijuana, and coming into our hotel room so we had to close the door. I have no problem with smoking marijuana, but I think there’s a law in New Brunswick state you can’t smoke marijuana out in the public. This is the public parking lot as for service. The staff are extremely kind, and polite the property itself is rundown. I don’t normally complain about things, but when you pay this much money to get a room, I would’ve paid a little extra when somewhere else.

I stayed with my family at Thriftlodge by Wyndham for seven days, and it was a very disappointing experience. The rooms were not clean, the place was noisy, and we barely got any proper sleep. The pool was dirty and not safe for kids. There was no room service, we had to go to the reception for everything (towels, tissue, soap, shampoo), and even then, supplies were limited. The hair dryer in the room was broken, and when I asked for a replacement, I was told all the ones in reception were broken too. Dining options were very limited as well. Overall, this hotel did not meet even basic standards of cleanliness and service. Definitely not recommended for families or anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

The room we stayed in had bedbugs. My 5 yr old daughter and myself has bedbug bites. We found out after sleeping there on our 2nd night. They should do something about it. Will never book there again!

The staff were amazing. The room was great. Loved the location. The free breakfast could have had more options (cereal, yogurt and bread.) Beds were very comfortable. We would stay there again.

Worse place ever for the entire hotel I have been in the world. The place is smelly, dirty and no aircon, bed is soggy that we have to sleep the other way around from the foot- as our head part. Kitchen is smelly, and disgusting, we cant even eat breakfast in their; the hotel says washer and drier included but very filthy. My husband has to go out and find a laundrymat.

40 minutes before we were allowed to check in, we were told we had to pay $25 per room to hold them, even though we coukd have checked in earlier. Then when we questioned if we were getting that money back on not at checkout, the girl had no idea what we were even talking about. Pretty sure the guy scammed us. Then the place was dirty and musty feeling. The locks on all the doors (screen door, solid door and bathroom door) were all broken. Broken tile in the bathroom. The pool area has a huge hole above it leaking god knows what onto you while your trying to enjoy a swim. Overall VERY bad experience.

The room wasn’t clean. The toilet seat was not attached. The sheets were ripped. The pool area smelled like a swamp and the pool deck was so dirty we turned around and left the pool. The kitchen/dining area was not the picture advertised online. It was much smaller and dirtier and the breakfast was a choice of cereal or toast in crowded corners behind bench seats that only one or two people could access at a time. We haleard ithers complaining about the dirty rooms and saw people taking pictures and complaining about the “breakfast area” We had booked two nights and left after one. They Refused to refund. Beware! Not as avertised!!!!!
