Worst hotel experience I've ever had. Room was nothing like the pictures provided online. Opened the door to room with king bed and could smell nothing but cigarette smoke. TV did not work. Gladly paid the $30 cancellation fee to NOT stay at this establishment. Asked to speak to a manager but was told he was not available. He came out of the back room when I asked for a refund. Disgusting.

We had 3 rooms booked this past weekend and all 3 rooms (king bed, 2 double beds and 2 queen beds) were very clean. Buildings may be a little dated but cleanliness is a must and this property provided that. The front desk agent (I believe he said his name was Ankur) was super friendly all 3 days from check in to check out and helpful with our questions. We would stay again

Took the kids to Moncton for march break, I know, poor kids right. The Motel had a pool, the water was cold and pool and general area were in disrepair. Rooms were old but clean. The neighborhood is rough, not close to any real attractions. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The general condition was dated and run down.

I had just had a long day and a total screw up with another hotel. Howard Johnson was able to give me a room at last minute and the male evening worker on March 10th was so kind and accommodating after a long rotten day was pleasant breath of fresh air. Thank you!

I stayed with a team during a tournament. Our booking got messed up, and we had a hard time finding out exactly what happened. Everyone did get a room to stay in. My room was fairly clean, but not great. Furniture wasn't moved to vacuum, and I found some strands of hair in my bed. The sheets were clean, I checked, but still not something I'd like to see. The bed was comfy, and I did sleep well. Breakfast was nothing special, but it was still nice to have. The dining room wasn't clean, and we were there at opening, so it was a mess left from the day before. I didn't check out the pool, but keep in mind that it's in a separate that you have to walk outside to get to, and it was -30 degrees. The girls nearly froze on the way back to their rooms after swimming. Anyway, you get what you pay for. It was cheap and fairly comfortable, so I was happy as a single guest, but it's not somewhere I'd stay for more than a couple of nights, or if I had a family with me.

Not enough towels for 4 people in our room and when we requested more they said sorry the laundry is closed! Half a roll of toilet paper in the room, no tissue. Had to basically beg for a roll of toilet paper at the desk after they didn't bring it to the room. Huge tv, but the cleanliness of the room wasn't the greatest. If we hadn't of booked this room online and loose our money we never would have stayed here! The pool is in a totally separate building which I have never seen before where you had to walk outside. I am glad we had our own beach towels because they don't have any and with not enough in the room for us and the laundry being closed we would have been dripping wet walking outside to our room from the pool. Complimentary breakfast? Don't waste your time in a tiny room with cold cereal and some yogurt with no room to sit but don't take your food outside this room! Worst place I have ever stayed in and would not recommend it to anyone.

Had a great stay in a warm clean room. Will reconsider staying again over the amount of deposits they needed. This was not our first stay at this place.$90 room...hold on credit card $150. Paid with debit card....$100.00 deposit. Received deposits and hold back...but not good customer treatment

The check in was okay... the room was clean but the pool was only 4ft deep and there was leftover poop in it. My husband and I couldn't even get in after seeing that. The breakfast was below average, there was no selection, only one kind of bagel and one kind of muffin, and only orange juice to drink. We will definitely be picking a different hotel next time we are in Moncton.

The pictures on "" were very wrong about this "hotel" paid hotel prices for a really bad motel setting ... The pool was in a totally different building. It being winter and a women with long hair it was a cold trip back to our room ! Had no towels at check in. And when we went to the pool we had to use those because they didn't want to fully set the pool towels ! The bathroom door in our room had issues if we closed it fully we had to really push or pull really hard to get out cause it would get stuck . the ONLY good thing about this room is that it had a king size bed and it was pretty comfy. But other than that our stay was pretty bad ...... Oh and don't get me started about their "breakfast" .... Cold coffee . toast and cereal .... Yummm

This motel is good for an over night stay. It was easy to locate. The king room was clean and the bathroom was clean. The desk clerk was nice, friendly and helpful. They had a great area map on the desk. Free for the taking. Areas that need improvement. Bed was hard a memory foam topper would help greatly. Not enough outlets to plug electronics into. There was a hole in the bed skirt as well as the curtains. Mildew on the bottom of shower curtain. Grose! Breakfast was for the cereal lovers. Juice, coffee, bland muffins, bagels. No fruit or hot food.
