You will be 5 minutes from the seaside, between the old town of Menton and the Italian border, right next to the Pian Park.
The studio is modern with a sunny balcony (south-facing), which offers a sea view. It consists of an entrance with storage, a wet room with an Italian shower as well as a spacious and bright living area.
Fully equipped, it offers the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay (internet connection, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine). It can accommodate up to 4 people (double bed and sofa bed).
