We really enjoyed our stay at Montecarlo Beach with its beautiful location and old style, discreet, sense of luxury. The quality of service and ambiance were matching our expectations. A place to remember and to return...
Very beautiful & restful place, the terrasse with my room was heaven. The employees are all very nice people, doing their best to serve clients. I have no words to thank them enough for their welcoming and service. I forgot my earrings and they have been sent to me in Pairs right away. Totally recommend this place.
Amazing organic restaurant has great service. This is a gem with 40 rooms and amazing privacy. You are in Monaco and yet you are away from its tacky, crazy night life and tourists. This is the perfect property for a getaway near Monaco.
My wife and I stayed in Hotel de Paris, Monaco, for 2 nights in August 2017. As clients of SBM with Cercle Card, we can access to Monte-Carlo Beach for the day, enjoying the pool and the sea. We came for the 3rd time, swimming in the salty olympic pool, taking bath in the sea, enjoying sun and fresh drinks. The only main problem which I see, is the people smoking cigars while at the pool !!! There was one guy only, lying on a sunbed located in the middle of the pool, who was smoking a stinky cigar... Its smell was floatting all around the pool, disturbing me even while I was swimming, can you believe this ??? One single guy can create a hell atmospher with one single cigar !!! Monte-Carlo Beach Management, can you please do something ? To install some no cigars smoking panel all around the pool, in order to garantee fresh, relaxing, cool holidays for the 99% of non cigars smokers clients ? With many thanks.
This place is a perfect couple escape....at the quieter end but only a short taxi drive into town. The staff were fabulous and the rooms even more fabulous! To wake up in the morning and lie in bed looking at the view was just amazing. We has breakfast in our room and the standard and quality of the food was 5* and very nicely presented. The rooms were extremely clean, the bathrooms are well stocked and luxurious. To have a shower peeking through the porthole window was fun. We did venture down to the beach and was amazed of how large it is....it is open to the public but we got a sun bed easy enough and there were plenty of beach towels so this wasn't a problem. The staff at the beach were brilliant, they were very quick at serving you and getting what ever you required (within reason!) We did stop at the outside bar/restaurant most nights on our way back to our room and again the service was brilliant, you really do get first class service at this hotel! We did book a couple of taxis which turned up on time and there was a free bus that would run you into town should you not wish to pay any extra, this service was great and would drop you at several different spots on route. Would visit this hotel again in an instant!
Get in early, it's a great but complex set up here, whilst you cannot reserve sun lounges by the pool, many are reserved by the staff for members of the club along with the more special hotel guests. If you are staying at the Hermitage, Hotel de Paris or MC Bay you can enter this venue at no cost. There is also a free shuttle service between these hotels and the beach. The staff work very hard, poolside service is scratchy, venue is excellent but it does get very busy, wifi worked fine and was free. This time of year, expect crowds, get in early though.
We came with a group and stayed for 3 nights. The rooms all have views and feel like your perched right over the majestic blue ocean. Rooms are impeccably clean and fabulously decorated . It's expensive but if your looking to spoil yourself for a couple days , this place is worth the splurge .
The MCB - and as a resident I'm talking only about the beach and pool area - is a unique place for great beach life in the Monaco Bay area. It is great for friends family and couples. The food served at the beach is notably excellent for an outdoor service.
My husband and I came for a weeks holiday to relax! Which we mostly did but no thanks to the pool situation! When one is paying quite a high price for a beautiful suite in the hotel one expects the same standards at the beach. The first 3 days of the holiday we had a tent in the "first" row with beautiful views and good service. However as soon as the weekend arrived there were no more tents available and no explanation. We then discovered the hotel shares the beach with other hotels in Monaco and is a beach club for members as well, this is all not a problem but I do believe for the price one pays for the hotel this is information that should be given to one at the beginning of ones stay! I would not come back in a hurry - we ended up going to the beach elsewhere where the service was better and definitely more friendly!
Stayed here with my husband and 2 children aged 11 and 8. It was the perfect hotel in every way. Stylish and old school glamorous but so child friendly and relaxed. We stayed in 2 adjoining loft suites. Rooms are huge with perfect views and 2 balconies to enjoy. Service was brilliant. Pool was lovely as was the poolside restaurant. 10 minute walk to La Note Blue. I must make special mention of Celine who organised great tables at perfect restaurants - La Mere Germaine, Paloma and Anjuna. Celine also arranged our helicopter transfer and private boat trip with absolute efficiency and a perfect understanding of our needs. Merci Celine! Also thank you to Luci at the front desk who gave us the perfect rooms. Thank you Monte Carlo Beach Club. We will be back!
