we've stayed at the hotel Alexandra 4 times and really enjoy the location, book a superior room if possible for a beautiful view of the bay. really nice restaurants just steps away either directions. Fellini Resturant is very good and good prices.a wonderful bakery just a 2 min walk and around the corner a market for all your needs. the front front desk ladies were terrific, very helpful.always happy with this hotel

The team at hotel Alexandra were lovely and helpful, they helped us when we locked ourselves on the balcony and let us check out late and use their facilities while waiting for our train. The location is amazing, walking distance to the beach and the hotel was safe and comfortable for 3 girls travelling from Australia!! Highly recommended, the beach was beautiful.

Hotel Alexandra is across the street from the sea/ beach. It is a quaint hotel with very friendly staff. We had a beautiful HUGE room with a HUGE Terrace with unobstructed Sea views!! The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was large and well- equipped. W We thoroughlyy enjoyed our stay.

The staff at the hotel was very friendly and all spoke English. Breakfast was relaxing g and delicious. You could make eggs to your liking as you cooked them in boiling water. The view of the sea was spectacular. Overall a very nice place to stay.

If you get a room on the first floor you will be awaken by the smell of bacon prepared for the breakfast, sometimes burnt bacon. The hotel is in a good location but the hotel needs renovations. Staff is really very nice.

Nice and friendly stay with ok breakfast. Noisy traffic and old-school atmosphere. Fine for short stays but I can’t recommend for longer accommodation (or if you like to hurt your back on old matresses, get early wake up from traffic, or hear every time when someone else flushes a lot of water consuming toilet).

-Emailed hotel with a question, no reply. -EXTREME TRAFFIC NOISE DAY AND NIGHT! There was very little sleep. We were exhausted after 2 day stay. -Breakfast eggs were wet, bacon was uncooked, cappuccino very poor. -We politely asked the night clerk for 2 bathe towels. She was unpleasant and said they would be bought up later but we did not receive them. -I am very sorry to write a negative review, but I suggest finding a place away from the main road and definitely not at this location.

A notre arrivée, la chambre que nous avions demandé n'était pas configurée avec un grand lit, mais avec 2 lits séparés. La réceptionniste na pas pu nous proposer une autre chambre, faute de disponibilités et nous avons du attendre le lendemain que la femme de chambre le fasse. C'est regrettable que la réceptionniste ne lai pas fait elle-même le soir même, une formation serait peut-être a envisager. En revanche rien a dire sur la propreté de la chambre. Le reste du personnel a été très professionnel

L'hôtel est très comfortable avec le personnel vraiment au top et très à l'écoute. Excellent accueil en général. La chambre est spacieuse et le petit-déjeuner très bon et varié.
