The apartment is situated in a newly constructed, high-end residence that boosts spectacular ocean views. The apartment includes a private terrasse (15 m2) for outdoor dining or lounging. The interior of the unit is fully equipped with all modern comforts, including a queen size bed, fully fitted kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, induction stove top and oven), washing machine, central A/C, window shutters, high speed internet, and cable TV.
