The location and room were perfect. Comfortable bed, plenty of space even in the “studio”. Kitchen was convenient, especially with the casino grocery 5 min away. Convenient to everything. Only real complaint is that the reception was literally never open. At the times scheduled there was a sign saying it was “exceptionally “ closed. We could have used some help a couple of times. Why post hours if you are going to ignore them?

Great location in Eze but really loud at night being adjacent to the main road. Reception hardly ever open and no bar on site - just a cash only vending machine which requires hotel staff to operate for you.

Perfect location!

If you are going to EZE, you cannot beat this location! The parking makes this place a dream come true. EZE is literally 1/2 block away. The only issue I had is the AC was very mild, thankfully it was on the cooler side in EZE. IF it is the HOT season, the AC would have had a hard time keeping up. Having a kitchen was also a plus

Fabulous location in the heart of Èze village. Quick, easy access to Monaco, Menton, Nice, Cannes and the little seaside villages in between. The unit is quite basic with very few amenities, but very serviceable and all needed items are easily picked up at the market just down the street. Would stay here again.

Such a beautiful spot and the view of Eze from the pool is fantastic. Very quiet and peaceful large unit which is just a few minutes from the village which is busy in the day but serene at night.

Absolutely excellent place to stay in Eze, which is a beautiful small town with medieval accents. The Perle is not a regular hotel but it provides a spacious 2 bedrooms apartment with air conditioning and a swimming pool. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay again in the future.

Much to be desired…

We had a one night stopover here on a much longer trip. Proximity to Eze was great—just around the corner from the base of the village—and the idea of having an apartment with space and a terrace and kitchen was nice but there was a lot to be desired… first, we waited about 15 after arrival for someone to show up at the front desk to check us in, and by then there was a queue of 4 parties waiting with other questions. The room itself was clean on first inspection but then we discovered later it was dusty and needed a better clean. The bathroom smelled like sewage and I believe the culprit was the shower drain. Upon actually showering. We discovered that the overhead rain shower did not work or have hot water, but the handheld shower head did so we tried to use that, but resulted in spraying water everywhere as most of France has open showers with no doors. The kitchen is apparently not included in the room cleaning so you are responsible for cleaning the kitchen and taking out the garbage yourself. I’ve experienced this in airbnbs but never an actual hotel… The breakfast was minimal but not bad. Overall we tolerated it for the one night but I wouldn’t recommend.

Loved having a kitchen and the parking garage. The view from the breakfast dining was beautiful and all the staff were kind and helpful! I didn’t mind not having maid service every day. The location was just great!!
