This beautiful 48 sqm apartment with a 18 sqm terrace and a sea view is located 5 minutes from Monaco by car.
This modern and quiet apartment is equipped to comfortably accommodate up to 4 persons (queen size bed, sofa bed for 2 people).
Air Freshener, a parking space and access to a swimming pool are also included.

The apartment is located in Beausoleil in an area slightly outside the city center

The apartment is ideally located a few minutes from Monaco. You will get lost in the many passages, squares and small gardens. The numerous staircases of Beausoleil have earned it the name of "Little Montmartre". You can also appreciate the panorama on the Mediterranean Sea and on the coast of the French Riviera.

The apartment can accommodate 4 people and is located on the 5th floor accessible by elevator.

- A fully equipped modern kitchen : dining area with bar table for 3 people, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, kitchen utensils.

You can also enjoy a nice outdoor space with a terrace.
