Located in a completely renovated turn of the century building, itself located in a very quiet private lane, “Le Clos des Lucioles” whose houses are all colorful. The apartment is on the first floor, in the part of Menton bordering Roquebrune-Cap-Martin and therefore close to Monaco. The seaside is 200 meters away. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchen, bedroom, a bathroom with WC. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. In the bedroom there is a 160 cm wide bed. In the living room there is a sofa with 2 separate mattresses, each 80 cm wide. Once unfolded, the sofa becomes a real comfortable bed for 2 people. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can cook and eat all meals of the day in the apartment. The washing machine and dryer are available to guests on the 1st floor and are located in technical room “0”, on the ground floor. Along with the apartment key, there is a key to the technical room. Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are provided to guests. In winter there are duvets on the beds and sofa, and in summer only sheets. The air conditioning is easy to use, but it can break down if used with the windows open. If you use air conditioning, close the windows! In winter, the air conditioning becomes heating in the apartment, you can schedule it to turn on before your return to the premises. We turn off the air conditioners before leaving the apartment! This apartment is ideal for 4 people, especially for 2+2 or 2+1 families. Location of the apartment is perfect, no need for a car, knowing that the apartment is located in the free parking area (Av. du Pigautier, to the left of the house). 2 minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants around the corner, next to the bus stop - direct connection to Nice and Monaco airport, close to the SNCF train station.

What a nice surprise it was to rent this apartment! We were a group of four and enjoyed having lunch and dinner in the apartment every day, especially since the weather was so-so. The dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer were greatly appreciated. The kitchen is as well-equipped as one at home, and everything necessary for our stay was provided, allowing us to travel light. The location was fantastic, with everything accessible by foot. The region is amazing, and being situated between Italy and Monaco was perfect.

Great place to stay in Menton
The apartment is easily accessible from Nice airport by train/ bus or car. The building is in an old traditional south style, fully renovated, and the apartment is on the first floor. The apartment has a capacity of 4 comfortable places, including delivery of full bath towels, and bed sheets so there is no need to bring anything as all is included. The private road is quite convenient and the proximity of Cap Martin/ Monaco was appreciated. The apartment is 2 min walk from all the necessary shops in Menton and 1 minute from the seaside.
