Very well located in MENTON, in the heart of the city, near the train station and the market. A private outdoor parking will allow you to park your car. The 100m bus will take you to the airport. and also in the hinterland where are nestled pretty typical villages. Clear, sunny and quiet, this apartment will seduce you with its privileged location. You can dine outside in peace and enjoy the sun. Blinds will protect you and double exposure ensures a good temperature in the summer. It has a beautiful living room overlooking a sunny terrace with an unobstructed view. The room is very large and has a large new bed of 160 and a bed of 90. In the living room a sofa bed can accommodate two people. Very good new bedding. You can enjoy another terrace kitchen. This apartment will seduce you with its calm and sunshine. We just spent a fabulous four weeks in Chantal’s VRBO unit in Menton. It was ideally located to enjoy the Fete du Citron sculptures in the Jardin Bovies, the Corso des Fruits parade along the beachfront promenade, the many other sights, shops and restaurants in and in the immediate vicinity of Menton. Navette , bus and train connections were also within a stone’s throw of the unit and helped us enjoy an excursion to Nice and to several nearby hilltop villages.

Our family stayed here for 6 nights and had a good experience in Menton.

The apartment clean and functional, but a bit dated, with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and utensils if you plan to cook on vacation. There’s a coffee machine, though note that nespresso coffee pods are not provided — so you might want to bring or buy some locally.There were plenty of towels, which is great for longer stays, and a working washing machine, which we appreciated during a beach vacation. Has good Wi-Fi, and air conditioning was very nice for night sleep.Building walls are quite thin and local people wake up early, so in the morning if you sleep late you can hear them watching TV/talking. The host was good with communication and flexible around our check-in time, which we were very thankful for.The location is a major plus! Just a short walk from the Menton train station, making it easy to travel along the Côte d’Azur (Nice, Cannes, Monaco). The main bus terminal is also nearby, which is very convenient for exploring Menton.We bought the ZOU! Pass Sud Azur (7-day), which gave us unlimited travel on local trains and buses — it was excellent value. Bus “1” takes you directly to Plage des Sablettes (a lovely beach) and the Intermarché supermarket, which we found to be more budget-friendly than Carrefour.Overall, a practical and well-located apartment that worked well for a family stay in Menton. We would stay here again.

Lovely apartment ideally located for the train station

We were on an Inter-rail trip, so easy access to the train was important to us. This apartment was perfect for us in that regard. The place has an odd mix of crockery, furniture, etc. but it was reasonably clean (a little dusty). I would certainly stay there again

Great apartment, close to the restaurants (La Trattoria is the only one I would recommend), to the beach, supermarket and train station The AC vent is located in the hallway therefore the only "cooling" system in the bedroom were 2 fans.

All I can say is 'what a lovely apartment' We stayed for 1 week and it was so close to the bus and train station which was ideal for me as I have a walking disability but found this to be not a problem Apartment is very spacious and the balcony is beautiful to sit on and enjoy some food Everything you need is in the apartment and the shops are so near as well - would definitely recommend this apartment

Idéale pour les familles qui veulent profiter des plages de Menton, mais aussi très bien pour deux retraités comme nous. Tout l'essentiel est près comme la gare SNCF et la gare routière. De plus c'est un appartement traversant et il y a tout pour ce faire la cuisine.

Bon séjour de deux semaines dans cet appartement très bien situé. Nous avons visité les villages perchés, les restaurants alentours sont très bon et la plage des Sablettes est a 20minutes à pied ou 10 minutes en bus. La propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible. Attention cependant appartement mal insonorisé
