Great location — great views — interesting and incredibly well done renovation/restoration. The hundred-fifty steps really isn’t an issue. The tread risers are short. The apartment is on three levels — so, lots of steps inside. But again, the views are worth the stairs. No issues inside — shower and bathroom good. Beds comfortable. Kitchen good. We cooked a fine meal here. All kitchen components serviceable. Front patio quaint and very calming. Recommend. Highly! Moltrasio is truly spectacular!!Just realize that parking is practically non-existent. I spent an hour one day trying to park my car. I drove up and down the street ranging more than half a kilometer in both directions multiple times before finally finding a spot. This is something I'd rather not spend time on during my vacation. Ideally, the owner should consider renting garage space in the neighborhood for the guest to use during their stay.Cheers!
