The rooms were clean and the cleaner came every day but one. The pool was beautiful. The staff were friendly especially the ladies in the cafe. Good stocked shop with fair prices. It is half way up the hill so easy to go down or up.

I wouldn’t actually return to Puerto Rico due to the hills but the Servatur Montebello itself was just what I was looking for. The guys in reception were so friendly & helpful, the apartment was clean and the pool was beautiful. My only two issues were the tiny weeny bugs that were prevalent in the kitchen area (quite a lot, even though I kept killing them) & a lack of kitchen equipment (general crockery but no extras for food prep or storage). Other than than (& the walk back up after going out), I had a wonderful time.

Nice hotel and adequate for a weeks stay. It’s quite far up the hill so it was necessary to get a taxi up (€3.85). Pool Bar has all you need food and drink wise and reasonably priced. I would definitely stay there again.

Great property. Excellent service and friendly staff. Close to shopping and restaurants. Walking distance to harbor. Unfortunately, very noisy at night from the nightlife in town. However, if you close the window, you don’t hear it. I will go there again.

Almot perfect

We really enjoyed our stay at the Montebello but improvements could be made. The facilities were great, the hotel was spotless, the pool area is lovely with plenty of sunbeds and it's in a fantastic position not far from many bars and restaurants. The beach is only a 10 minute walk. The only downfall was the lack of air conditioning which we knew when we booked. That said we were informed that we could rent a fan but they were all gone everytime we asked. We'd definitely recommend people to stay here and We'd visit again ourseleves.

Excellent value for the money

Ok a few too many steps for me but to be fair overall very good the service was brilliant . The receptionist Fran was amazing the clears were lovely. Yes i would and will go back soon.
