All inclusive: We loved the garden patio outside our room. Location good. Just cross road to lift down and then 10 mins walk to beach via fun park, shops, mini golf and waterpark. Hotel is fine. Rooms are large and clean. View to opposite mountain is just grey stone featuring an abandoned half built derelict complex. But you get used to it. No sun much before 11.30 at hotel but plenty if you go down to beach or water park. Food is fine with enough choices for the week. Can recommend the sangria and Prosecco but not the white wine which is awful. Pool is nice with plenty of sun beds and pool bar serving free drinks and snacks. Can use gym in sister hotel opposite for free, which we did. Very relaxing week in glorious sunshine and pleasant resort

This hotel sadly did not live up to my expectations. Partly my own fault perhaps for not doing more research beforehand... I was traveling with a girlfriend and Taurito was not the place for us! Its isolated unless you have a car as the road is not walkable anywhere and the bus is not very regular. Taurito only has few hotels and absolutely no nightlife apart from the hotel entertainment. I'd say the food at the hotel is very basic but edible. The all inclusive drinks are very bad, I found the wine undrinkable. The wine comes from a dispenser similar to what you get juice from, it's very low alcohol and simply does not taste good! You can get cava from the poolbar, this at least comes from a bottle but has a watery taste too at 5% alcohol. I just stuck to soft drinks or the occasional rum and coke. The facilities listed at the hotel like gym and spa is in fact at a opposite hotel in the same chain, the spa entrance is not included. The only facilities at the actual hotel is the pool, restaurant and poolbar. I found this misleading as the main image at the hotel.com is a picture from the spa pool in a completely different hotel across the main square. The waterpark in the square is however included so if travelling with children, not wanting nightlife or alcoholic drinks the hotel might be more suitable. The room was large and clean. I would not come back to this resort or hotel.

The Hotel is great and pretty good value; it is very easy to get to the water park, beach and hiking trails in the mountains. For an all inclusive, the food quality and variety was surprisingly good and the staff were great. The photo that shows an indoor swimming pool should be removed from the listing; this isn't the Hotel Taurito's pool (which is outdoor and unheated), it is the very warmly heated indoor pool at the nearby Krabi spa which costs $25/2 ppl/2 hours.

We went to this hotel 5 years ago and this was why we chose to back. The food was brilliant, different variety every day, the staff were really nice and helpful, the pool was quite with loads of available sunbeams, but this Time we felt that the property was a bit tired and a little dusty. We felt that the entertainment could have been a little better, before we had evening entertainment, but this year there was none in the hotel, you had to go down to into the resort itself. Having said that the entertainment rep was phenomenal!!

The hotel was in a flat area whereas many others were high on cliff faces. There wasn’t much in Taurito but there was a free shuttle bus to nearby town and many cheap buses from there to all other areas. The hotel and room were very clean, food much as expected, pool and pool bar both good, fridge in room. On the downside you had to pay for sunbed towels so cheaper to buy one at one of the beach shops and once bar closed in the evening you couldn’t get a hot or cold drink till the restaurant opened for breakfast at 8am. Luckily we had taken our travel kettle. Overall nice hotel and relaxing holiday.

Lovely hotel, great food with lots of diferent choises, very plesent staff and you really feel like in the hotel. Spa is absolutely amazing, only gym is a bit poor- few machines and half of them is not working or very old and not in good ( safe ) condition to use. No free safe in your room and wifi is not free as well what I found a bit weard for 4* hotel. Over all- great place to stay.

Hotel was very nice, could be more of a variety of food but it was above average what was there. The gym and sauna was closed which was annoying and it didn’t look like it would be open any time soon. Overall a lovely hotel and lovely staff. Would definitely return.

All inclusive is not for us!

I booked this hotel for the last night of a five day walking and hosteling holiday across Gran Canaria, which had been very enjoyable but challenging and basic at times, Hoping for comfort, a bit of luxury, relaxation on the beach and the proximity of a fishing village, we found an inlet occupied by hotels, a water park, tacky shops and a derelict mini golf course cut off from the neighbouring fishing village by a landslide. Cocktails came out of machines and were served in paper cups, the wine was diluted with sparkling water, the food bland and most of the staff appeared harassed. The place was reasonably well kept, clean and comfortable but lacked authenticity and atmosphere at least in the eyes of my 22 year old son and I. Having seen the remainder of Gran Canaria's South coast, all inclusive package holidays are definitely not for us. The island being lovely and well worth visiting, we might opt for a last night in post colonial Las Palmas instead were we to return. A not dissatisfied but disappointed customer.

The hotel is situated in a small resort towards the south west of the Island; get a taxi or shuttle, not a coach, the transfer takes too long. The reception and rooms are fine. We pre-requested a ground floor room and got the second floor. Our bathroom had lose taps, the bath/shower filter was broken. The food is basic, not varied, mostly pre-packaged and recycled from day to day. We don't drink so appreciate that the hotel has to account for alcohol on all inclusive but we had much better food in a 3* in Maspalomas two years ago. I did not think it was possible to burn pasta, turn rice into a solid entity or purchase bread rolls which would substitute and cannon balls; but it is. The staff are mostly friendly. Pool was nice. The 'gym' is in another hotel. The outdoor exercise area is run down, the pull up bar collapsed, most of the timber structures are broken and the monkey bars come with a nail spike feature for added excitement.

Very nice hotel

Very nice place to spend holidays. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food is amazing, always can find something nice! Close to the beach. Every evening nice shows for the kids and later on for adults. Just amazing place! Paradise! I will definitely come back there!

Nice hotel close to beach and shops.

It was a lovely experience and close to shops and beach,wish my stay was longer though as there was plenty to do there,but didn't get chance to do a lot in such a short space of time 5 days is just not long enough. And also the food was excellent so spoiled for choice.
