Located in the spectacular Playa de Mogán, in a very quiet residential building, with quality materials and finishes and an unbeatable distribution. It has a large terrace with sea views and a seating area.



The renovated house, with a modern style, is distributed as follows:

- Private terrace with sea views, outdoor table and chairs and area with a seating sofa

- New, equipped kitchen and kitchen utensils

- Living room with sofa, dining table, smart TV and air conditioning.

- One bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning.

- One bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning.

- A bathroom with shower and washing machine

- Free private parking at the same building



In all rooms there is free and unlimited Wi-Fi.



The house can be enjoyed both inside and outside throughout the year, as it offers all the comfort you can expect, as well as wonderful views of the beach.



There is a cot and high chair available. Please let us know when you make your reservation. Baby cot and high chair will be provided only on request.

Action Strasse

Great place to have a variety of dining at your doorstep. The suite was spacious and comfortable with great sunsets. A perfect choice for us. The only negative was the underground parking is very tight for bigger vehicle (like our VolvoXC60).. Two flights of stairs provide good exercise. Thank for an awesome place to stay.

Needs further improvements for the price.

Lovely situation and views. Secure, clean building. Comfortable double bed and excellent fridge freezer and cooker. Further structural improvements needed, examples hole in coving and ceilings unfinished, blind in main bedroom doesn’t cover the whole window and the pulley was broken. Furniture tired and in need of updating. No change of towels or bedding provided, made a request and finally had second set of towels delivered. Further bedding not provided, despite requesting,?and only changed once during our four week stay, along with one clean, despite being told there would be two cleans and bed changes. Very disappointing having to remove, wash, dry and make up bed again in a day, a second set of bedding would have alleviated a lot of work. The quality of the bedding very poor, pillow cases didn’t even cover the pillows completely. Number of apartment above door incorrect, therefore couldn’t identify the apartment without help from a resident. If the host had been present to meet us as agreed this problem would not have arisen. Apartment needs: scissors, working hair dryer, more teaspoons (only 3), a chopping board, lamp in twin room needs replacing as has a broken plug, we bought a washing up bowl and left it there. A must is provision of more quality bedding and towels, for the clients to wash and change themselves. Be warned the apartment is on the second floor. There are therefore a number of stairs and no lift, which was very difficult with heavy cases. We did mention our concern to the host before booking about negotiating the stairs with our cases and he said he would be there to help us, he was not.
