Other Things to Note:
Parking notes: There is free guest parking for customer only on the property. Trailer and larger vehicles can be parked in the street out front of the parking lot.
Hot Tub : For your comfort and safety we drain and replace our Hot Tub water early Sunday Mornings, This needed task in the winter months can or could result in the Hot Tub not reaching the desired Temperature until Monday.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

We could not have had a better visit to Moab! The condo exceeded all expectations - great location, quiet, comfortable, spotlessly clean. We were thankful for the air conditioning after long, hot days hiking in the nearby parks. Can't wait to return.

Great place to stay

Very clean and nicely furnished apartment. Kitchen has all the dishes you need as well as necessary utensils, except a corkscrew! While the check in was easy, the door keypad was contrary at times and required multiple attempt to unlock. The 2 on the keypad was the main culprit, plus the keypad was impossible to read in the very dim hall. Had to use my iPhone flashlight and push the numbers really hard to get a reaction. Nice balcony for evenings. The shades in the balcony door were hard to adjust. Overall, though, this is a nice place to stay a while in Moab and would check availability next time in the area.

Super clean and modern. Large comfortable beds in both bedrooms. Far enough off the main street to be quiet in the evenings. Outdoor shared living space was immaculate with two separate large built-in barbecues, and a large hot tub in a pristine park-like setting.

Perfect spot for visiting the parks

This unit was very relaxing and cool after a VERY hot day visiting the surrounding parks. The weather was so hot outside that we didn't spend time enjoying the shared space with the BBQs and the hot tub, but I did sit on one of the swinging benches during the night and enjoyed the stars. One thing to note is that the laundry room is a separate, shared space on the ground floor. We ended up not needing to use it, but I was expecting to see a washer/dryer in our unit. Not a big deal, but would have been helpful to know in advance. I would definitely book here again.
