The two master suites make it an ideal vacation retreat for 2 families. Enjoy the newly furnished main floor master suite with private access to the back patio and NEW Bullfrog hot tub/spa. The upstairs master has it's own en-suite bathroom as well and a private balcony offering great views of Moab Rim. The open main living area offers tall vaulted ceilings and a loft looking down into the living room.

The main living area is a great place to gather around the gas fireplace in the late evening after a wonderful day out on the red rocks, cook up a fabulous meal in the well-appointed kitchen and discuss where your next adventures awaits.

You will also love the convenience of the attached, 2 car garage and driveway for your gear and toys. Conveniently located and directly adjacent to the unit is a 50' X 20' community parking area for trailers and is available on a first come basis.

Moab Vacay

Great house with more than enough room for a large family… Close to all of the Moab attractions. With as hot as it gets in Moab during the Summer, the air conditioning in the house was a lifesaver! Would recommend, for sure!

Very nice place to stay we enjoyed our time there very much. Everything there was as good as you could want the only thing that was missing was a Keurig coffee maker but I unintentionally left mine there now it has one. Would definitely stay there again.

Property was clean, comfortable and conviently located. Kitchen well equiped. We had two minor issues but the host responded immediatly and they were resolved. Only negative comment was the highway that was nearby whereby traffic was noisely. Other than that we had a positive experience
