We got two rooms for our family of five. The rooms were perfect. Nice sized refrigerator/freezer. Rooms were very clean and comfy. Pool was a lot of fun. The stairs to get to the top of the slide were a bit rusty and old, but they did the trick.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. The pool with water slide was AMAZING for our kids. We had a blast. The hot tub was really nice too. The breakfast buffet was awesome. The service was excellent. Also, downtown Mitchell is lovely!

The ceiling in the pool area is caving in. Dehumidifiers are not working in the pool as all the woodwork is dripping water. Breakfast sausage eggs and biscuits and gravy were dry, cold, and chewy.

We had a great stay here in Mitchell! The rooms were clean and inviting. House keeping was super nice and gave us new towels and made it smell clean again! The staff were fairly friendly, although if they are asking for some ways to improve id say maybe engage with the customers to make a better first impressions. Things like where are you from? How was the drive? Things like this would definetly hype up there communication and inviting skills. The pool was definetly not as percevied. The water in both pool and spa had a green tinge to it.. the drywall on the roof was falling down on, on the one side. Unfortunately the slides and kids pools were closed which was really too bad.. the showers in the pool area where cracked and a little creepy.. the hallways also give off a gloomy streak as they are not very well lit at all. Overall our stay was pretty good. Just a few things to be aware of.

Mostly good. Only complaint is that the pool/hot tub were both closed the whole time, even during the published open hours. I chose this hotel partly for the availability of those amenities.
