I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Miramar, Florida, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The front desk staff greeted me warmly upon arrival and made check-in quick and easy. The room was spacious and spotless, with a very comfortable bed, fresh linens, and plenty of pillows. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like a mini-fridge, microwave, and a coffee maker. The bathroom was large, well-lit, and stocked with quality toiletries. The hotel’s location was also perfect — close to restaurants, shopping, and major highways, but still quiet enough to feel relaxing. I also enjoyed the outdoor pool and fitness center, which were both very clean and well-maintained. Overall, I highly recommend this Holiday Inn Express!

I've stayed at this hotel about 4 times, previously and it was fine. This time around, I had a problem with the cleaning of the room. The cleaning staff didn't come until 6pm, so I told her to just leave towels. The following day, I entered the room and only 1 of the 2 beds were changed, the floor wasn't vacuumed and the bathroom had not been cleaned. I'm nnot syre what the cleaning person waa thinking, but it was not cleaned properly. How do you change 1 bed, and leave the other untouched? How do you put towels in a bathroom, but don't clean it? I was very disappointed 😞
