No Smoking. No Pets. Violators will be charged a fine of $500. All information provided is deemed to be correct but is subject to change. Guests must sign a rental agreement with Coastline that will be emailed to them and provide a copy of each guests drivers license per stay. If unit has a golf cart, they will also need to send a copy of their insurance card in order to operate the golf cart Three days before arrival, a $500 golf cart deposit will be held. Any damage to the cart will be taken out of the deposit. If no damage, it will be released 5 days after departure. The Golf Cart will be parked in Spot #15. Do NOT park golf cart in car spaces or you will be fined. Only park in spot #15.

Loved our trip!
The condo was exactly how it was described in a quiet, beautiful location. Every time we come to Miramar Beach, we stay in the same area. My only recommendation for the condo we stayed in is to install better blackout curtains in the master bedroom. When the sun came up, it made it seem like all the lights were on in the bedroom. We had to put our heads under the cover to get more sleep.

Awesome beach vacation!
Cute updated condo with all the amenities was a perfect fit for our family. We have two daughters so the arrangement suited us well. Our favorite part was the unit’s golf cart. It was ideal for getting us to the beach easily and allowing us to explore the entire resort. It was just so fun and easy to get around. You must drive to the end of the fairway to take in the gorgeous sunset!

Our condo had a nice view, quiet location. The unit was decently appointed with coffe pots, toaster, adequate kitchen items etc..the living room furniture was a bit worn. Beds were comfortable.

Chilly but Fun
The temperatures were unseasonably cold. Probably the coldest we ever experienced in Fl.
We still enjoyed the area. Having the golf cart was awesome. We went to the beach everyday and stay warm by sheltering from the north wind. We also wore our down coats.
The management team was awesome.
We will again book this unit. It is a great unit and has everything you need , including a terrific view of the bay, golf course and Baytowne.
