Unit 337 is the main living space featuring a full kitchen, dining area, and living room. This condo has been recently remodeled and renovated to the coastal luxury style for a relaxing beach vacation. This main living area also has in-unit laundry and a wraparound patio for easy access to the amenity terrace including pool, hot spa, cold spa, fitness center and BBQ grills. This unit features a master bedroom with king bed and full bath. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room for added comfort.

Perfect location for our expectations. The unit was clean and well maintained. We had a couple questions due to user error (me) and the property management was super responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend the resort and the property to others.

Even better in person- Wonderful all around.
Wonderful location to Baytowne Wharf. The condo is perfect for a small family. We rented both 337 and 339. My girls ages 8 and 5 enjoyed having their own room/space. The location to the pool is hard to beat- right at your backyard. The starter kit was perfect and have everything we needed. Vacation Haven communication was 100% and responded to my questions and even called to see how my stay was going. We have already inquired about next year at the lovely condo. 5 stars all around! Thank you for a wonderful time and we hope to be back next year!

Lovely stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and just as described. Excellent location - right by the pool but set back to provide more than adequate privacy. Easy to access the Baytowne Wharf and very close to the Magnolia Ballroom (the location where my conference meetings were held). We would highly recommend this property!

It was in downtown Baytowne wharf. We were steps away from restaurants and bars. Lots of great food and entertainment. Very very very close. The rooms were very very clean. Neat and updated. The patio overlooked the pool area however, it was still very quiet. Parking was easy and accessible. We do not have any complaints or suggestions. It was great and we stay at a lot of places.

Clean property within walking distance of shops, food, and fun! Property was a little hard to locate when we arrived (not the best directions from management co) and no door code was provided which was a huge negative after a long day of traveling. But the property itself was great and the pool was steps from our back door! Overall we would visit again!
