End of school year trip

It was a last minute decision to make, but we definitely enjoyed our stay and it was definitely worth the decision! It was in the perfect location from the beach and the pool and food as well! We will definitely be back again!

Amazing Stay!

Perfect Definition of Vacation

Home was super nice. Great location, would have been nice to check in a little earlier being we had an early AM flight arrival, but in order to keep the house so clean; it's totally understandable... Looking forward to our next stay!

Family get away

Very nice house and area. Incredibly quick response from the Owners/Property Manager. The only miscommunication was about the beach chairs/umbrellas available at the beach. I thought they were included with the rental but they were extra. The house has some beach chairs and umbrellas you can take and use on the beach but you need to set them up outside the rental umbrellas/chairs area. Basically right next to them. Really no big deal. The other thing to know is there are no spices in the house.

Dirty property

Property not ready at 4pm as the house keepers were running late House still dirty To many things to list that went wrong. We will never rent this home again Owners put no care in the home for there vacation renters.

Nice!

This house looks just like the pictures! So if you love the pictures you’ll love the house. We were very pleased with the house and loved the gated community. The house is very close to the community pool and you have a straight shot to the beach, which is just a short, enjoyable walk. We would definitely stay there again!

Love the neighborhood!!

We have previously stayed at one of the house in the neighborhood where the house is located and we love the friendliest of the other people. The house was also absolutely beautiful. Great walking distance to the beach. Overall I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Now THIS is Vacation

Absolute oasis- beautiful, spacious one level home that puts you in mind of a tropical getaway! You are 30 second walk from one pool and a 2 minute walk to the other. The private beach entrance is about 2.5 blocks away but it’s a straight walk. Can’t wait to visit again!

Lovely home to rent!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property with our family of 6 on our travel to Miramar for a family wedding. It was very clean and spacious for 6 of us. The location was great! We also enjoyed the short walk to the beautiful beach. Only two suggestions would be to include an air freshener in the welcome pack ( everything else was very useful). The house may have been closed for a while and needed a bit of fresh air. Also, the futon was broken when we arrived - which we reported- but it needs fixed. We didn’t need it for sleeping or sitting so it wasn’t a problem for us. We would definitely stay here again if we ever return to Miramar!! Thank you!

Awesome

We had a great time. The house was absolutely beautiful. We had plenty of room and everything we needed. The neighborhood was great, we had no issues during our stay. There was a bottle stuck in garbage disposal, be we removed that with no problem. The only issue we really had was not being able to connect to wifi, but we made it work. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall Great Experience

This is a great location to the beach! We really enjoyed the ease of catching the golf cart shuttle to and from the beach everyday we were there (even with our wagon that contained all of our beach supplies). Additionally, having private access to the beach was definitely a plus. The only “downside” was the kitchen supplies felt very hodgepodged together - like it was supplies the original homeowners or previous guests didn’t want anymore. Also, the house is a little outdated, but the beds and linens were great! Be sure to read the “check in guidelines” on the app - you have to pick up the arm bands to access the beach and pool. There are no details on where to find the pick up location (which is in the cabana on the beach with the sign “Emerald Shores” - NOT in the neighborhood). Also, the fee is $30 CASH - the app says $20. Highly recommend this place!

Everything was fantastic. Close to beach and plenty of shopping and restaurants. Two pools nearby. House is big with a large living room for family. Comfortable beds, great A/C. No problems whatsoever. Would recommend to anyone.

Great Neighborhood!

We have stayed in Emerald Shores before and love the neighborhood. The house was true to the pictures, beds were good, plenty of seating/space and close to beaches. The floors however were filthy and left your feet black so we ended up wearing shoes the entire time in the house. The AC wasn't great either. We had a great time other then those things. Can't beat the Emerald Green water!
