This spacious, three-bedroom condo with loft is located in the quiet beachside neighborhood of Beachwalk Villas. This shaded and quiet neighborhood is minutes from the beach and all of the activities at the Village of Baytowne.

The downstairs has an open concept with high ceilings- the dining room will seat six and the breakfast bar will seat three. The kitchen has updated appliances and hard surface countertops with a full-sized dishwasher, side by side refrigerator with ice maker and water in the door! The kitchen is completely stocked with dishes, cookware and serving pieces for those large family meals.

The first/ground floor contains two bedrooms each with their own bathroom and a full-sized washer and dryer in the hall.

The upstairs contains the master suite with a king bed and a master bath with double sinks, shower, and a bathtub. The loft includes one sleeper sofa and two twin-size beds.

The Living room has a sofa, loveseat, and comfy chairs, and opens up on to the patio which has a view of the lake- a wonderful place to recoup after a day of running around the resort.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony or patio. There's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. This condo was great. It was clean and large for Beachwalk. I've stayed in many units in Beachwalk and this ranks at the top. A minor detail I appreciated is the full size shampoo/conditioner/body wash. My one complaint is that is definitely time for the golf cart to be replaced. It is very worn and the brake when parking does not work great.

This is our 5th or 6th time staying at Shelly's and Marek's place and we enjoyed it as always. Good space, great location, adequately equipped and responsive owners. The golf cart could be replaced at some point in the future, but it's still functional. We plan on returning next year.

We Loved It

Beautiful condo near the beach and on a lake. Park right in front and drive the golf cart to your destination on the resort. Beds are comfortable and each bedroom has a bathroom. Well stocked kitchen. Great stay! We would stay again.

This condo is updated and overall we had a nice time. The golf cart doesn't operate well, the brake pedal gets stuck and it's small with cloth-style seats that get and stay wet. The thermostat of the condo is locked at a the owner set temperature range and we didn't appreciate that, the owner refused to unlock this when we asked. Apparently the parking at the beach access area was changed in May of 2025 and now all close-by beach access parking is pay-to-park style. This parking change is not the condo owner's fault, but it was a very frustrating part of our stay. Also noteworthy, the resort rental chairs are now placed almost all the way down to the ocean and there is now very little space for beach goers to place their own chairs; again, not the condo owner's fault, but it was a very frustrating part of our stay. We will likely return to the 30-A/Seaside/Grayton Beach area next beach trip.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay here! The condo was very comfortable, had a ton of room, and was well stocked with towels/kitchen items/linens. The beds were very comfortable. I only had 2 negatives: parking (though I knew this going in). We had had 2 vehicles but there are so many golf carts that were in “our” spots so we often had to park a few condos down. Also, there are no beach towels in the unit, not a huge deal but we would have brought some had we known. Very minor and no reason I would give this place less than 5 stars. This was a short trip for a soccer tournament for my son but we would love to come back to this same unit for a longer, more relaxing vacation.

Great location, beautiful property

Given the vast amount of rental options in Destin, we couldn't have been more happy with our choice! This place was fresh and clean, and the kids loved all the bathrooms! The pond in the backyard was beautiful. Zipping around in the golf cart was really fun.

Enjoyed Our Spring Break

This is a nice place to stay in Sandestin. We enjoyed the golf cart, the resort amenities and the little shopping center at the resort entrance. It's also close to the Village of Baytowne Wharf, which is a super cute shopping, restaurant and activity village around a lagoon. We had to buy beach chairs which was a pain but I understand why they don't have them at the house.

The only real criticism of the property is that the sliding glass doors, all three panels, were fogged up impairing the view. It was very warm upstairs in February. Not sure whether the h/a would be adequate in summer.Did not get the VRBO code. Had to call customer service. We come to this area every year. Never go back to a rental with cluded doors.

Enjoyable vacation at this clean and spacious property!

We had a very enjoyable vacation for two weeks in Sandestin Resorts at this clean and spacious property. The unit is in a great, safe, and secure location. Having a golf cart made it easy to get to the pool, beach, golf courses, and site seeing around the resort properties. Appreciated having two master bedrooms/bathrooms on the main floor. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cooking utensils, pots and pans, and a crock pot. The owner was very responsive to any questions we asked. Should note that the back sliding doors should be replaced as the entire windows are very cloudy. Would definitely stay here again!

The unit is well apportioned, conveniently located to Fort Walton, Destin, Miramar Beach, Seaside, Seagrove, Santa Rosa, Grayton Beach, Sandestin. Many quality restaurants and shopping alternatives. The unit was walking distance to all of the amenities stated above, pool and beach access. This is our 4th stay at this property and with this owner. They have always been reachable and responsive and we have never had any issues. We will return!
