This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is located in the highly sought after Linkside neighborhood on the Sandestin® Golf & Beach Resort. Your rental includes a stunning patio with golf view and a 6 seater golf cart. Cart to the beach, Baytowne, Market Shoppes, and Grand Boulevard. Enjoy all the resort has to offer with access to 2 pools, the beach and more.

This updated spacious home features a king bed in the master with an en-suite bathroom, access to the large patio and ample space. The master bath offers double vanity sinks and a walk-in shower.

Your guest rooms include a king and queen bed, full size bathroom (in hallway), and plenty of space and storage. All rooms are beautifully decorated for a fun a relaxing getaway.

The large living area has a large couch with enough room for all guest, access to the amazing patio, games, & Smart TV.
The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need. All stainless steel appliances, full size fridge/freezer, Keurig & drip coffeepot, kitchen aid mixer and more! This home also includes a full size washer and dryer for your convivence.

Just out back you will find the most stunning golf view on your large patio with outdoor dining table, couch and extra seats. Your rental also offers a charcoal grill, pack-n-play, bumbo baby seat, games, and golf cart.
The beach is approximately 1.5 miles away and you can take the golf cart to the beach for full days or just to enjoy a beautiful sunrise or spectacular sunset.

Linkside is located in the beautiful gated community of Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort. It is located on the Bay side near the Linkside Conference Center, Fitness Center, and Village of Baytowne Wharf/Baytowne Conference Center. Pool and beach access are included.

A valid driver's license will be required for all person(s) over the age of 18 staying the the rental home.
No Smoking. Violators will be charged a fine of $500.
All information provided is deemed to be correct but is subject to change.
Guests must sign a rental agreement with Coastline that will be emailed to them and provide a copy of each guests drivers license per stay. If unit has a golf cart, they will also need to send a copy of their insurance card in order to operate the golf cart.
Three days before arrival, a $500 golf cart deposit will be held. Any damage to the cart will be taken out of the deposit. If no damage, it will be released 5 days after departure.

Surveillance Disclosure: We have a Ring doorbell and camera outside the home that record video and audio.There are no devices inside of the home.
Renter Agreement must be signed by guest. Golf cart keys will be left out for guests after liability waiver is signed and returned.
