It is a smaller complex with only four floors which means fewer people at the pool and on the beach. This is a 4th floor west end corner unit with breathtaking views of the beach and pool. West end corner units are always the most sought after in any condo complex on the gulf. This is a spacious unit with over 2,200 square feet, 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms.

This beautiful condo has been remodeled with upgraded granite counters, stainless appliances, and new carpet. The spacious living room features a flat-screen television and upscale plush furniture. However, one of the unit's best features is its large wrap-around balcony that you can access from the living area or master suite.

With three bedrooms, Mediterranea 401A easily accommodates six guests, which makes this unit perfect for a family getaway.
