The house was absolutely perfect for our stay. Plenty of room for everyone to be very comfortable. The two kitchens were well-equipped. The heated pool and hot tub were thoroughly enjoyed every day. The heat issue in the backyard house was fixed promptly. We loved using the 2 golf carts to get around. We highly recommend staying here!

The location was convenient and the golf carts made getting around a breeze — including the beach. Loved the pool and the lanai. Only thing I missed with the pool heater was an extra 60/day - including the hot tub - and we need a 3-day advanced notice.

Awesome Property

Awesome property! Absolutely stunning decor and amenities, along with a great location. The appliances are top notch and everything was very clean and organized. The master bedroom is a “must see”. The lanai is perfect for family entertainment and is designed perfectly. I will definitely return to the area and will not consider staying anywhere else.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is one of the few places where the pictures match what the house looked like the pictures. This place was amazing you can tell the owners take care of it. we rented this place because of its size since we were there for a family gathering. All of the other families stayed at other properties, but this place was the hang out spot. Several days we had 30 people of all ages from 5 years to 80 years old on the property and it did not see like it was crowded. The accommodations where amazing, the pool was amazing. We are already talking about going back next year. I only had one issue and that was we had to leave.

Wonderful stay!

This house is absolutely fabulous. The kitchen is fully stocked with amazing appliances, the master bath was gorgeous, the outdoor area was a great place to hang out for the entire family. We have stayed in the Sandestin resort many times and we love the area. Finding this gem was an extra surprise. The two golf carts made it easy to get to the Village or beach quickly for the entire family. We had a few minor issues along the trip but management responded immediately every time and had someone out right away to resolve a couple small problems. Highly appreciate their prompt response times and resolution of issues so quickly! Would highly recommend this property and this management to anyone staying in the area!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It’s the kind of house that you walk in and go “WOW!” The kitchen is great and the lanai was amazing. Loved the pool. We had fun with the games. Mattresses were comfy. Great stay. I do have a suggestion for the owner: That master bath is stunning. And I’m a neat freak. And there was not one hook anywhere for towels and bathing suits so they got draped over the sides of the tub, which I hated. Easily space for 2 hooks by the light switch. And I would put pretty hooks along the back of the shower over the bench. That’d be perfect for suits and beach towels. Something to consider.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed on the property while in town for a basketball tournament between Christmas and the new year. While our kids were staying in the local Hilton, we were able to use the golf carts to bus them back and forth for dinner. The property was very spacious enough to accommodate 9 boys, 11 girls, and multiple parents during our down time between games. When the kids were back at their hotel, the two familied that stayed on the property enjoyed the amenities, the location, and ease of access.
