Breathtaking Views - Amazing Experience

Condo was extremely clean and well furnished with breathtaking views of the ocean. Highly recommend and will absolutely stay here again. Wonderful experience.

Was completely fooled by online listing. The place was dirty and the carpets were very dirty and spotted. Patio furniture was all but completely destroyed and not useable. Which property manager said the owners won’t fix anything or return phone calls. Coffee maker and Ice maker didn’t work as well. Reviews had to be made up by family or friends of owners. We only had one cockroach which means there is more. I would warn everyone not to be fooled by the listing pics and reviews

Great week, but condo needs updates.

We had a great week in Sandestin. Beachside 1 is a great property and for a busy week, it wasn’t as busy as some of the surrounding properties. The layout of our condo was great and the views from the balconies of the ocean, and fireworks (July 4th) were amazing. The reason for the 3 was specific to our condo. The carpet in the master bedroom was stained and warn. The toilet was not working when we arrived (Property manager fixed it next day). The ice maker didn’t work. It was lacking basic items like potholders/oven mitts, dish towels, drink pitchers, hangers, etc. With updates, we would stay there again.
