Esta sofisticada casa de cuatro pisos está decorada con lujosos muebles y una colección de arte que querrás para ti. No se dejaron detalles. El primer piso ofrece una suite de entrada privada con baño completo, sala de estar, TV y una mini nevera.

El segundo piso cuenta con una cocina de concepto abierto, sala de estar, comedor, barra húmeda y despensa con vista al hermoso agua con ventanas de piso a techo a su alrededor. La cocina está equipada con electrodomésticos de alta gama de Viking y Sub Zero, junto con 2 lavavajillas, hornos, refrigeradores y congeladores. La barra húmeda incluye una mini nevera, máquina de hielo y fregadero. La mesa del comedor tiene capacidad para hasta 12 invitados con 5 asientos adicionales en la encimera de la cocina, lo que hace que la cena sea un asunto familiar para recordar.

También tiene un balcón privado con vistas al Golfo. Hay dos baños ubicados en este piso, cada uno con un inodoro. Uno tiene una ducha de pie y uno tiene una bañera. Worth the cost

Miramar Beach Family 2024

The property was beautiful! Very well maintained, organized, and very clean!! We were all pleased with our stay. Our group ranged from 1-65 years of age. The elevator was a life saver. There were 17 of us and the place was spacious enough for all. The kitchen was fabulous!!! It was so put together! Thank you to the label maker! Finally a dining table that could fit all of us! The bedrooms and bathrooms were tastefully decorated and we enjoyed the whimsical artwork throughout the house. The beach was just right off the deck. Our chairs and umbrellas were set up early every day. The infinity pool was most welcomed at the end of the day and when the ocean became too strong. Working with Kelly was a breeze. She got back to me quickly on everything!!! We appreciate having the owners opening up their beach home for us!

Our second year staying here!

We have stayed here for two consecutive years, so that says a lot for the home! Right on a beautiful beach and close to a grocery store and activities! Weather didn’t cooperate but the kids enjoyed the pool! Katy was quick to answer questions we had so we appreciated her. The home is spacious enough for a large family! We were able to spread out and have our own private spaces. Would recommend this lovely home😊

Felt like home “Amazing”

I have stayed many of places on the beach. Anywhere from hotels, condos and homes. This home far exceeded every expectation. We already booked it for another vacation this summer. They had everything you would possibly need for a great time at the beach. You could tell that the family that owns the home takes pride in sharing it with others such as my family.

Plenty of space for a large family and all the amenities to make cooking and cleaning for a group as easy as possible (two sinks, ovens, dishwashers, etc). Private, direct access beach meant more time playing and zero time packing, planning, hauling. Gorgeous view!

Awesome Vacation Home

This home was the perfect place for a memorable family vacation--private beach access, gorgeous infinity pool, beautiful deck, roomy house, phenomenal kitchen, bar and pantry.....We wished that the area had recycling and that the ground floor bedroom had better access to the rest of the house. Great house and location on beach with pool for a family reunion. We had a baby and 2 small kids and 13 adults. Perfect layout and accommodations. Short walk to beach. Elevator was mandatory for father-in-law and made the stay easy. Nintendo though doesn't hook up to TV-you need to bring your own cords. Having all the amenities made it so much easier and enjoyable. Thank you!!

Beautiful home!

Our family has been coming to Florida for several years now. This beautiful home is now our favorite! As soon as you walk in from the entry, your view is of the amazing teal water and the white sugar sand! This home is the most appointed one we’ve stayed in yet. Has everything you need. Don’t pack beach towels, there are so many. Games, pool toys, kayaks(which we loved), boogie boards, water table for the littles, ect. It has it all!! It’s right on the beach which made it so easy for coming and going back to swim in the infinity pool. My grands loved it! We had a tiny hiccup (no fault of the owners) and Kelly fixed it quickly. What an excellent host! We definitely would stay here again!

Celebrating 50 Years of Marriage with Family

We brought our whole family of 13 to celebrate 50 years of being together. 5 families had their own bedrooms and bathrooms to themselves, which made life a whole lot better for everyone. House was huge, had everything you needed. We asked for pool to be heated (was there in March) and this was a plus for all of that wanted to get into the pool. Beach was right behind the house and all of us walked the beach on several occasions. Was very easy to get to any of the activities you would choose to do when in Florida.

Second Stay at Gulf Pines

This was our second year coming here, and it this was better than before. Kelly is very responsive on even the smallest of matters, regardless of what time of day. Updates have been made since last year including a beautiful new walk-in shower in one of the master suites, freshly painted inside and out, new pool heater that worked great, and daily beach chair/umbrella service provided which was an added bonus. This property works great for us having younger children, it is a very quiet house. Can't recommend highly enough. Thanks, Kelly!

Wonderful Beach Front Property

This place is amazing! Kelly keeps it all well stocked. The huge basket of beach towels was amazing. Bedrooms inside the house were pristine and decorated very nicely. Best part of the place was the awesome pool and private beach access right out the back door. And we could walk to Parlor Doughnuts and Ben and Jerry's! We had a blast and will return as we keep adding new babies. No better way to vacation with little ones...

Excellent property

Exactly as advertised. Excellent stay, elevator was a life saver for the elderly. One heads up...this is a STOCKED house, more so than most VRBO. You should not bring anything...instead, check when you get there before you buy stuff including spices, staples, paper, games etc as much of what you need is already there. We will be coming back! Property manager is wxcellent to work with. Five stars.

Plenty of Room

The house has plenty of room so if the kids are annoying you its easy to get away. The kitchen and deck space are great for relaxing. The door I see people complaining about is not that hard. Just read the very easy to follow instructions in the email they send. The owner was responsive to any questions we had. The only three minor complaints I have: There are a bunch of popped nails on the back deck. You need to wear sandals out there. We had one kid cut his foot pretty bad so everyone wore foot coverings after that which seems goofy around a pool. The other "complaint" is that they only set up 4 chairs and one umbrella for a house that holds 16 people. And some days they don't set it up at all. I think for what I paid they could have put up 2 or 3 umbrellas and done it daily. Finally, the pool alarm is super super annoying, but you get used to it. Overall it is really a wonderful place and its obvious the owners have made many great memories there. It is pretty cool to get to share that. There are plenty of beach toys, but you can't use the golf cart. The owner did refer me to a place that did rent golf carts though so that was nice. If we rent there again I will probably ask for a housekeeping service to be there during the day just to deal with dishes and towels, but that is just me. Great place and yes I would recommend it.

Great Place- Doors were complicated.

This was a great location and place to stay with plenty of room. However, the door lady were very complicated and need to be fixed. It took a whole 20 min to figure out how to lock them. Even after looking at the manual and follow directions.

A vacation we wish we didn't spend the money on.

We took this vacation because like everyone else we were unable to do much over the past year because of Covid. My husband and I decided to rent this property and take our daughter, who is in a wheelchair, and her family the ocean for a week and spend some time together and relax. We specifically rented this house because it had the evaluator for my daughter, a pool for the three kids and it was in a private location so there were not a lot of people around as my daughter is ill and we couldn't take any chances with her health. I'm not going to go into all of the detail of this unfortunate event but I will tell you that after driving two days we arrived at the property, the elevator didn't work, there were cockroaches in the house, the pool heater did not work (mind you, we knew the weather was going to be cool and the kids couldn't go into the ocean, that's one of the reasons we rented this house was for the pool). I paid extra for the pool heater too. A very long story short, we spoke with Kelly the property manager and at first she was great, she worked with us to get the elevator working that night and sent a cleaning crew and exterminator to take care of the cockroach problem. We were assured that the pool heater was going to be taken care of asap. So that's great, she felt so bad we were going through this and told us that she was going to refund our money. Of course this was too much and before we had a chance to tell her that she already sent the money back to our account. My husband and I had already decided we were going to give it back. We received a call the next day from her brother, who was not so nice and went on to say that we threatened Kelly into giving us the money, he was rude and misinformed, accusing my husband of being mean to his sister. I'm sorry but my husband is the nicest man and he would never and why would he Kelly was so thoughtful and helpful. Anyways after a couple upsetting phone calls from Kelly's brother we paid them the money back less two days and the pool heater cost. The pool heater was not fixed until the last day of us being there so the kids didn't get to use it or the hot tub. We ended up leaving a day early because we just wanted to go home. I do have to say the house and the location is beautiful, we did enjoy being together for that week, I hope in the future the management takes better care of renting to families. No one wants to go on vacation and have all this drama.

Excellent Property & Location!

The location is Outstanding! The property met our needs perfectly. We were 13 people in total, 7 adults and 6 kids under the the age of 8, including 2 under 6 months. The pool & hot tub are outstanding. We enjoyed being on the the absolutely beautiful beach and walking a long way in either direction. We loved the 3 refrigerators, the ice maker and all of the available kitchen items. Potential improvement: If you put a wall on the first floor from the elevator to the bedroom that guest would never have to walk out of the main building. You can also put a door for access from the ground floor.
