Love the Grand!

We enjoyed a 4 night stay at the Grand Sandestin. Our unit was so clean, comfortable beds and very convenient to all Bay Town’s restaurants and activities. Communication with owner was great. New years vacation

Great place and front row view for New Years Eve drone show and fireworks. Walking distance to Baytowne, hotel Effie, and bars and restaurants. Beach was a quick couple minute drive.

Baytown Studio

Pros - Great location and walkability to the village for dinners or quick trip to the market. Easy access to the beach, we did not use the tram service, rather we found it easy to park every day at the Hilton. Property manager was very informative and provided every detail needed. Cons- room was only enough for two, even with two beds it would be tight for more than a couple. AC was extremely loud and made it difficult to sleep. Walls are thin, you hear the early risers running up and down the hallway. Bathroom sink was clogged and would not drain easily. Balcony more of a Juliet and not large enough to enjoy. However, we were really only in the room to sleep. The beach was beautiful!

Wonderful unit!

Absolutely loved our stay here! We even added on an extra night because we loved it so much. Zero complaints, we will definitely be back. Loved the location (quick walk to Baytowne Wharf for food and fun, close to the pool, and quick drive to the beach and outdoor mall with tons of dining options) and the unit was very clean and has a beautiful view of the bay. Listing was just like the pictures, if not even better in person which is rare to find! Thank you!

Amazing time

The room was very nice and accommodating. The location was the best part. We were close to every thing. We felt safe letting our teens explore the area alone. We definitely plan on coming back as often as we can.

Great place

It was a great place to stay for my 2 teenagers and I. The condo was really cute and small but that's fine. The view was incredible. It was confusing trying to get around the resort and there wasn't a way to call and ask. So that was a bit frustrating. But once we figured it out we were ok. The host was great at communicating before and after our stay. The resort staff at the Grand (building where the condo is) is ill informed and often rude. We weren't even sure they could understand us half the time. But over all we loved our stay.

Spring Break trip

The condo was great, just as advertised! The area was was perfect, easy all to the wharf with plenty of restaurants , bars, shops etc. So much to do in the area, we didn’t have time for everything, nice to have the Tram to ride to the beach so we didn’t have to drive and worry about finding parking. Would definitely stay there again!
