It was great! Hard to sleep at night because there were no extra blankets and every night we heard knocking or something tapping ALL night long. Over all we enjoyed the room!

The host was amazing and gave very clear instructions on every aspect of our stay. Everything was clean and in order in our room. The property was beautiful. The sixth floor was perfect for viewing the bay. It was easily accessible to the village and the beach. No complicated issues. Everything was easy and simple. Very relaxing and plan to return.

Incredible view of the bay. Easy access to the beach. The resort was very family friendly with lots of shops, dining options, coffee shops, and live music at Baytowne Wharf, which was just steps away from the condo. The beach chairs were perfect with coolers built in them. The owner was great to communicate promptly and provide great information. We hope to be able to return to this beautiful place soon! It is very conveniently located and close to 30A with about a 30 min drive to Rosemary Beach and 24 min to Seaside Beach. We loved the boardwalks, treehouses, piers, sidewalks for the bikes, and life music in the square. This place was magical. We enjoyed exploring the area and found Jolee Island for beautiful sunset views. I highly recommend this place to stay!

Great place and front row view for New Years Eve drone show and fireworks. Walking distance to Baytowne, hotel Effie, and bars and restaurants. Beach was a quick couple minute drive.

Love the Grand!

We enjoyed a 4 night stay at the Grand Sandestin. Our unit was so clean, comfortable beds and very convenient to all Bay Town’s restaurants and activities. Communication with owner was great. Amazing time

The room was very nice and accommodating. The location was the best part. We were close to every thing. We felt safe letting our teens explore the area alone. We definitely plan on coming back as often as we can.

Spring Break trip

The condo was great, just as advertised! The area was was perfect, easy all to the wharf with plenty of restaurants , bars, shops etc. So much to do in the area, we didn’t have time for everything, nice to have the Tram to ride to the beach so we didn’t have to drive and worry about finding parking. Would definitely stay there again!
