Esta unidad fue recientemente renovada y se destaca fácilmente de otras unidades de 1 habitación en el área. No se conforme con sus próximas vacaciones, elija una unidad que realice las mejoras que desea, pero que aún tenga la sensación de playa relajada por la que viaja de esta manera. April Beach Trip

We realize the property has been around awhile so the soundproofing wasn’t the best having a family directly above us… the updates to our unit were really good, new countertops, furnishings were pretty… great sofa, chair and dining table… well done , bed was comfortable and the towels/linens were very nice and the view was perfect.

Great location - condo ok but mattress was terrible!!

The location was great. The condo smelled extremely musty upon arrival. I purchased air freshener and after a couple of days the odor deminished. The king mattress was terrible. It is so worn out...I felt like I was sleeping in a hole. The rug in the living area needs to be cleaned. It was stained especially at the balcony entrance. We used the beach service two days and those guys were very nice. The condo was ok and I would stay at Winddancer again but would choose another unit. I could tell the unit was renovated but the furniture was old. days the odor deminisg

Relax at the Beach

The Perfect Getaway

Our stay at the Windancer was nothing short of perfect. Brandon the beach service man was INCREDIBLE, he was SO nice and made sure everyone on the beach was taken care of and happy. The location couldn’t have been better. Condo was pretty clean, it smelt amazing and there were ZERO issues. Plenty of places to sleep and the washer/dryer was so handy to have. Thank you!!!

Amazing beach stay

What a fantastic place! Steps from the most amazing beach. Brandon and the beach service was awesome. Your chairs and umbrella waiting for you each day. We had some rain and having the covered balcony to sit out on and watch the waves was perfect. Conda was just as described. Bed was comfy. Kitchen was well stocked. We will be back again!

Clean and a great location

We had an amazing time. The property was clean and in a great location...making for a perfect weekend getaway. The folks that setup the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were super professional..they told me all about Miramar and Destin and even went as far as hoping that I pick this spot for my future trips. Lastly, the property manager Donna went over and beyond answering all my questions timely. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful location!

The location of this property is perfect. Close to everything. Beach is beautiful and right there, only steps away. Beach service is not explained in advance, reservations are necessary. Unit was clean except for floors. Garbage disposal does not work. A lot of noise from upstairs. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will come back!

Paradise

A week long stay wasn’t long enough! The location was wonderful! We went during the busiest time of the year (July 4th), and most days the beach was not busy at all! We had wonderful weather with white sand and clear waters the entire stay. The pool was also not crowded! It was easy access to get groceries at Winn Dixie which was right down the street, and we picked up souvenirs at Surf Style which was even closer. It’s a short 10 min drive to Destin to enjoy all of the entertainment there as well. The condo itself was just as pictured. It was very nice and clean and had a great view! The beds and couch were comfy, and the kitchen was well stocked.

Best trip ever!

I cannot say enough about 311 Windancer! The condo was perfect in every way. It was immaculate in cleanliness and in the best location. It was well stocked with all the basic necessities toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, detergent for washers, clean towels, Mini shampoos and conditioners and lotions, soap etc. The condo also provided a bunch of family friendly DVD movies to enjoy along with puzzles and games. Donna was excellent in communication and very accommodating. She texted me a few times to make sure we’re doing ok! Brandon who is in charge of the beach chair service was OUTSTANDING!!! We absolutely loved him! Overall, great service and great condo! Can’t wait to book again! 5 Stars!!!!!

Tucked out of the way

This is a very nice property tucked away on a side street . It is close to Highway 98, and right on the beach. The beach and view are beautiful, and the condo was perfect for the two of us. It was comfortable and nicely decorated. We each had a sink and commode and shared a shower. We would highly recommend.
