Always a great time!

We’ve stayed 2 years in a row now, and have made multiple comments about how clean the house always is, and how nice it is to have a golf cart to explore with and each having our own bathroom is fantastic! Such a quiet and relaxing place with so many things close by. Thank you for another great stay!

Spacious home in beautiful neighborhood

The house was beautiful and had great space for our group of 9. Golf cart great to get around the amazing resort and to the beach. We did not feel the kitchen had enough supplies and felt the hot water didn’t last long enough. Overall wonderful stay for our family of 9 though.

Girls' Golf Get-Away

This home is in a beautiful neighborhood, just a short golf cart ride from a wonderful shopping area, grocery store and great restaurants. This home is quite spacious, new furnishings, screen porch overlooking a peaceful pond and lots of beach toys in the garage. Four ladies stayed in this home for four nights - each of us having our own bedroom and bathroom = perfect! I would absolutely recommend staying in this home!

Gorgeous Place to stay!

This was our first time here and the place and community was absolutely stunning. I was very impressed, however we did have an issue with the golf cart which was a big inconvenience due to this being a golf cart community. Arrived Friday night and it didn’t have much charge, Saturday it wouldn’t keep charge at all and that night it started to smell like battery acid. We called maintenance on Sunday and he came and took a look and told us the people who stayed before us in the home got stranded so it was apparent the golf cart had issues and did not get fixed. They came and got it Monday to get fixed and did not get to bring it back before we left Tuesday. That was one of the main reasons we was excited to have the golf cart because we could use it to access everywhere in the community and the beach and it would hold all of us in our party. But other than that I loved the place and would like to come back.

Great place for a family vacation

Having 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms was awesome!! Great living and kitchen area too. The screened-in porch and golf cart were enjoyed by all of us! And the location is the best!!

Great Place, Great Location, Great Amenities

The Good: The house is wonderful, and the amenities (golf cart) is great. The location was perfect. The separate bedrooms and bathrooms were great and there was plenty of seating for our group. There was also two sets of washers and dryers!! The Bad: The management company needs to spray for cockroaches, not just use traps. They also need to pull out the stove to clean, because we had to fight off 6-10 roaches everytime we cooked. I know that the management company has been told and I know its Florida, but ive never seen so many roaches in other places. It was the one turn off and if they fix the problem this place would have a perfect rating!!

Beautiful besides cockroaches

It was an easy check in and the resort and property were amazing. The house had very minimal issues, normal wear and tear. The major issue was the roaches in the kitchen. At first we chalked it up to the area and weather but after befriending people who owned property we learned this isn’t normal. I’m not talking about water bugs either, I’m talking about little dirty cockroaches in the cabinets, drawers and on the counters. We would totally come back again if it wasn’t for being terrified that we would eat one of these roaches or bring them home with us. I also wish there was an easier way to contact owners via text message!

Beautiful home

The home was beautiful. The location was incredible. The view was awesome. The beds were comfortable. The showers were spacious. The golf cart was a HUGE perk. We used the heck out of it. Now the cons and the only reason I'm listing is so they can fix them. Keurig coffee pot didn't work. Looked like someone replaced the pot and it didn't fit machine so coffee would overflow from the filter housing instead of drain into the pot. Fortunately there was a spare coffee pot and we were still able to make coffee. The pans were so domed that they didn't sit on the burners well. Made cooking difficult. The screens on the screened in porch were badly torn making it not much of a screened in porch.

Nice family vacation spot

The rental was a great space for our family. With the younger ones wish there had been twin beds do to their age we couldn’t use the pull out bed in den since we couldn’t supervise. Just our family dynamic. Some minor maintenance needs to be addressed, screens torn on back porch (Nice for morning coffee tho!) , toilets uneven on tile…property manager was made aware and responded. Kids loved the pond out the back and we could enjoy firework right there. Easy access to The Warf and grocery. Overall a great place to stay! The Fitz gang

Great house and great location!

House was great for our needs. Plenty of room to hang out and entertain. Golf cart was a great addition to get around Baytown. The only small complaint I had was the "Karen" who lives across the street, but that is out of the owners control. Just make sure you follow the rules that you aren't aware of. Haha

Great place and location

Overall the place was great! The house was spacious and in a great location. It was quick access to all of the restaurants, grocery store, beach, etc.. The only issue we had was some stuff with the golf cart. The brakes were awful and squeaked the whole time, basically like they were rubbing metal. It was hard to stop. Also the battery died pretty quick. It was good for about two trips to the beach and back. I think if the brakes were fixed and the batterys were new this would be one of the nicest places we've stayed down there. Overall it was great though. Thank you

Great Extended Family Getaway

We spent 7 nights with our two adult children and their families. The house was perfect for our group, and we loved the amenities: the proximity to the pool, the access to the beach made easy with the golf cart, the serenity of the back screened in porch, and much more. I would highly recommend this home for a getaway.

Good, could do better...

The property was a perfect location and layout for our needs. I've not spent a lot of time in Florida; I think having cockroaches is somewhat normal, but it surprised me in the dishwasher and cupboards and floor corners. Don't expect salt, sugar, pepper or coffee pods. We arrived very late and one cup of coffee per person would have been nice when flying in. The personal products were cheap, the soap bars felt like pressed ajax, watery shampoo and body wash. The sofa needs cleaning. Some cups and glasses in the cupboard were not clean. As a user for us it was fine, as a VRBO owner myself, better personal products and a better checklist for cleaners would be my suggestions...including single dose salt, pepper, sugar, packets and a few coffee pods would go a long way. Overall, it met out needs and was good. I only mention this for the management company. I would stay there because of the great location and home layout. Garage code didn't work. Wifi instructions weren't included and I had to call, they were very pleasant.

Not exactly what we expected…

Pros: - Comfortable space for what we needed. - Bedrooms are all good sized. - Golf cart was fun and useful. - The side yard was large enough that my teen boys were able to toss around a football and play catch with a baseball. Cons: - The description of the property seems to be deliberately misleading. It’s much smaller than it appears in the pictures. There were only 4 of us and we were comfortable. I don’t know how you’d fit 10 people in it. - The “waterfront” view is actually a small stream running between the duplexes and various golf greens. - It appears impressively clean until you find the cockroaches (or they find you). Showers, bathrooms, cupboards, dishwasher, I even caught one crawling on my bed. A few neutral notes: - There are no beach towels provided. - The pool was very busy and there weren’t many tables or enough chairs for everyone - It’s a very loud house. You can hear everything from everywhere. It all echoes. - The guest bedroom on the main floor has a 3/4 bath, not a full bath as stated. - Could use some extra blankets and new pans.

Great spot

We loved the location. The back porch made for great sitting and enjoying the golfers playing. The golf cart was AWSOME to use and was a great way to get around. Beds were comfy!

Wonderful House

The property was in a fantastic location and big enough to hold my family. Everything that you would need is supplied and the beds were very comfortable. The use of the golf cart was an added bonus. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location!

Condo was just as pictured & described! Very comfortable & roomy. Was in touch with the management company & they responded very timely. Would definitely stay there again. Bonus: the rear screened in porch is such a nice feature, esp with the south's mosquitoes!
