Welcome to Edgewater Beach Condo 1503, your vacation paradise. The view of the beach along the Emerald Coast from the 15th floor is spectacular. You can also see the Choctawhatchee Bay from the front side of 1503. With only five units on this level and next door to the end unit, this is your own private oasis. The outdoor patio has seating for six and a great way to enjoy the views and socialize.

This condo was completely remodeled to provide a modern feel. The unit has wood planking porcelain tile throughout, while decorated with contemporary decor. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops and glass tile backslash. It also features a full size washer/dryer. The dining table seats six plus two additional bar stools at the counter.

This unit will easily accommodate up to 6 people. The living room has a sofa sleeper and large television. The master suite has a king size bed, large walk-in shower and double sinks. Enjoy the view of the ocean from the master bed. The second bedroom features a queen sized bed and a connecting bathroom with a tub/shower. Both bedrooms have new luxury bedding as of Oct 2024. Both bedrooms have tvs and ceiling fans. Both luxury bathrooms feature custom tile work, granite counter-tops and glass shower doors. A twin -size air mattress is provided for extra bedding. Free WIFI, board games and in-unit safe are provided as well.

Edgewater Beach is the perfect location for your vacation. Walk to the outlet mall, grocery store, church, or numerous area restaurants like Chick-fil-A, Whataburger and many more. The resort complex features two pools, hot tub, snack bar, play area, exercise room, all right next to the beach.
