Nice location. The AC was out 2.5 days out of the 4 that we stayed there. It was hard to sleep with how hot it was at night. Made about 10 calls to management for it to be fixed, they kept saying it was because our doors were not being kept closed to the balcony how ever, we had them locked the entire time and even closed the curtains to keep out sunlight and keep it cooler. Imagine that… paying for a beach view just to keep your curtains closed just to keep it cool enough in there. The temperature was 78 degrees. The washer was moldy. Aside from that, once the ac company got there(they had to flush the drain system so it was not the sliding doors like they claimed) we were able to enjoy the rental property for the remaining 1.5 days. By the way I requested to speak to a manager and was told I’d be contacted multiple times and never was.
