Tides Unit 202 is a two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf-front condo at TOPS'L Beach & Racquet Resort in Miramar Beach for up to six guests. The layout has one king bed and two full beds. The balcony, living area, primary bedroom, and primary bathroom offer broad views across the pool and beach to the Gulf. Palm trees frame the wide Gulf and horizon views. The listing photos show the exact view. TVs are in the living room and both bedrooms.



Included with your stay: Beach access, the seasonally heated Tides upper pool and kiddie pool, basketball, pickleball, shuffleboard, and mini golf.



Not included: The private TOPS'L Club, fitness center/gym, sauna, steam room, indoor pool, resort tennis courts, lower pool, lower pool deck, and Blue Dunes Grill.



Check-in is 4:00 PM CT and checkout is 10:00 AM CT. No pets, smoking, parties, or events. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM CT.



Standard bookings require a signed rental agreement, government ID for age verification, and a current phone number. Any exceptions for an owner, family or friends stay must be expressly confirmed in writing by our team.



Parking is paid, limited to two vehicles, and requires passes collected at the guard shack on entry. The required $73 TOPS'L registration charge includes one or two parking passes, up to the two-vehicle maximum.

This was a very nice place to stay. There were a few quirky cleanliness things that could improve but overall clean. They are making improvements to the entrance way but a minor inconvenience. They provide carts for luggage and groceries. Great pool area with a bar however, you have to be a club member if you want to enjoy. Right on the beach with a beautiful view. They do lock the pool gates at night so you have to walk around to get to the beach at night. There are plenty of towels and supplies. Fully stocked kitchen with a regular coffee machine as well as a Keurig. Beds are very comfortable! Balcony is huge with plenty of seating. Communication was excellent with Mr. Joe and his wife Susan. Very accommodating, friendly, and prompt. I highly recommend staying here!

Awesome place. I’ve stayed in a few different places over the years and now I won’t stay anywhere else for the years to come. Beautiful updated place. Couldn’t ask for a better location right off the stairs you can be in the pool or the sand in seconds! Super comfy beds and everything you could ever need in the kitchen.

Couldn't have been any better. The unit was spotless and well equipped with cookware. The views were amazing. The balcony was our favorite hangout spot the majority of our trip. Wonderful Family Vacation!

Loved our vacation! The ocean front views were amazing. Loved the convenience of being on the 2nd floor. Enjoyed playing on the newly surfaced tennis courts. We also enjoyed playing on new PickleBall courts. The on site restaurant was great, too. The owner was great to work with. Five stars!

Great property, clean, updated, everything you need is there, great location to the pool and beach, with it being on the second floor just one thing of stairs don’t have to use the elevator, stairs located just steps from the condo door, great view to the pool and ocean, we went in November and pool was heated and warm. The master bath was beautiful up to date. Couches and beds comfortable. Renter was great, will come back!

Location, location, location!

Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with everything you need for your stay! The owners were fantastic! Joe reached out upon booking to get to know us a bit. Such a nice guy! He provided check in info, made sure we got in okay, and checked back midway to ensure we were enjoying our stay (which we were). Everything was perfect and I highly recommend the condo and the owners to anyone.
